The people at grant Hamady Realtors were very helpful even when we got impatient. They also found solutions when us the customer didnt have any, they found us a great house located in a great area with a great price. Ive seen many people post reviews that were bad but Ive only had a good experience. With all that said grant Hamady is a great place when it comes to finding a house to rent or own.

Horrible property management company, engages in fraudulent practices and billing. Grant Hamady is in the business of robbing property owners by intentionally finding problem tenants for owners to increase turnover and commission fees. He then gives repair jobs to fraudulent contractors that rape the property owner. Stay away!!!!!!

this place is a joke!!! first of all it took them two weeks to make a decision then they said they accept a letter from the employer i did that then they said i need a co signer i got one who owns a 500,000 dollar home and a business and they still said no!!! there a bunch of bullcrap!!!! do not waste your time!!!

Sold me a house 2 times because i didnt have the money to purchase at end of first contract. Very shaddy business practice . Now he cant find a 12k cashiers check i paid him in december now 3 more months of intrest . Buyer beware stay away at all costs.
