Ginny Hannon at Prudential Snyder Realtors: I could not even begin to explain how much Ginny did for us when we bought our home. Despite hold-up after hold-up with the sellers, and the never ending red tape that came with buying a foreclosure, Ginny went to bat for us at every single turn, no matter how difficult or confusing the sellers were being. She knew how to deal with every new situation that came up, and jumped on the ball instantly, even if she was hundreds of miles away when it happened! I never had to doubt or worry that she would take care of business because she always did. Ginny not only advocated for us, playing hardball whenever she had to, but she also guided us through the confusing process with caring, experienced, EXPERT explanations and advice about everything. She got us additional inspectors who knew about specific areas of the home, and she gave us important guidance and info on homeowners insurance, the mortgage process, property tax and escrow, and everything else. She also knows many, many professionals in the area, from contractors to lenders, and it was incredibly helpful knowing that Ginny could contact any of those people and get their help or opinions too. It was clear from how willing everyone was to offer a helpful word or a favor that Ginny has a more than solid reputation. But we could have figured that out just from working with her ourselves. In fact, when we were first interested in our home, there was another offer accepted on it, but Ginny kept continual contact with the selling agent, inquiring with them every week, just in case that offer fell through -- which it did! Shes the reason we have our home. To say Ginny went above and beyond the call of duty is an understatement. We couldnt ask for a better realtor.

Dave Cortright is the BEST Realtor ive ever come into contact with over my 15 year career in the Financial Services Industry. My wife and I first sought out Dave in February of this year (2011). We needed help in order to find our dream home and from day 1, Dave treated us with the highest level of care possible. He brought us in for a meeting to his office to discuss our needs and wants. He then developed a search engine that met all of our criteria in the home we were looking to buy and emailed them over to us daily. He scheduled visits to the homes to save us hours in time that we just did not have. I can honestly say, that Dave is an expert in all facets of the Real Estate arena. Our purchase of a short sale took many twists and turns that Dave was knowledgable about to the point we were able to navigate the purchase when others might not of. Dave has become a sincere friend as well over the nine months he spent catering to me and my wifes needs. I have had contact with numerous Realtors over the years in my career, and all too often their service and intentions seemed questionable at best. Dave is an honest person who delivers on his promises, and in this industry that is not the standard but the exception. When you find someone who represents your best interests regardless of circumstances, then you know you have the right person in Dave. It was a true pleasure to work with him, and I look forward to sending my friends and family to Dave, as he has earned the deepest amount of respect that I can give someone else. Ludell is very professional, highly knowledgeable about the Real Estate market, super patient and friendly. As a home buyer, I really appreciate that Ludell patiently helped us through every step of the entire process and has always been available to help us. She kept track of new listings and would inform us when interesting listings appear. For listings that interested us, Ludell would show the listings to us, provide valuable information and gave very good advice to us. She always answered our phone calls and emails promptly, even on weekends and nights. For questions that require asking other people, Ludell would quickly follow up with the related people and get back to us at the earliest possible moment. She took the time to explain everything to us. When we made our first offer on a house, she sat down with us and explained every single document we signed so it was clear to us what we were signing. She is very thorough, we never felt rushed and she made sure ALL our questions were answered. Ludell accomplished a mission impossible to help us buy our home. Having to deal with a person in a different country and a mortgage company in a different state, that sold our mortgage to a different mortgage company before our sale could be complete, was no small task. Throughout the process, we feel that Ludell did an outstanding job at representing and helping us to buy our home. We feel really lucky to have found Ludell as our agent, but as a good friend. I highly recommend Ludell as a real estate agent and would be happy to work with her again in the future. I would certainly recommend Ludell to anyone thinking of buying a house.

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter as a small token of my extreme appreciation and utmost gratitude to Diana for the impeccable job that she did while assisting my family in finding a wonderful and affordable home for my father. I was initially apprehensive about working with a realtor due to the fact that Id parted ways with two before her, who seemed to care more about their own schedules and treated my family and I as if we were after thoughts. I quickly noticed that this was not the case with Diana. From our initial introduction Mrs. Watches was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the area and the housing market. She was sensitive to the fact that my father had just lost his wife and was able to make decisions based on his needs. She provided a colorful array of listings far in advance and listened attentively to our every concern, in addition Diana was always available and willing to help and at one point she even kept an eye on my puppy while we toured the home. Diana constantly kept her eye out for new openings and walked us through the process of finding lenders, negotiating prices, and getting inspections along with a host of other things all while sharing the same enthusiasm as the rest of the family. Mrs. Watches (and her husband) were caring, trustworthy, sincere, knowledgeable, dynamic, patient, etc. but if I had to describe her in a word it would be FAMILY!!!! My first encounter with a Realtor from Prudential Snyder was with David Wallner. He got my attention by returning my call on a property I was interested in within 5 minutes. Unfortunately that particular property was sold, so I asked David if he would like to be my realtor in my adventure for house hunting. Instantly Davids professionalism and years of experience showed in each action he took in making sure that my best interests were being honored while aggressively going to work for me each and every time it was required. The road David and I took together was a very long process due to our criteria, and area in which we were demanding results. His professional sarcasm kept my wife and I entertained and our spirits in optimal condition as a very long and drawn out short sale was not looking good in our favor. His persistence and refusal to let his clients down was finally a success where my wife and I now own the home of our dreams! David Wallner is the sole reason for our successful purchase, and we will always have a place in our heart for him. When the transactions were finally complete, we walked away from the closing table with the feeling that we were saying goodbye to family. We had some great laughs, and encountered a few first time ever experiences in the real estate industry and I couldnt think of a better individual to spend it with.
