The realitor we used was unreliable. Do not use this company they are terrible!. The agent we had lies to both seller and buyers realtor. The agent told us that all the other realtors were picky and then told the realtors it was us. When we were going through the offer process we had to call another realtor to ask questions because our agent was too busy due to medical appt. When our agent did answer questions they were wrong. When we sent our agent emails we got no response and he blamed us, basically told me i didnt know how to use a computer. I had to request the agent to retake pictures several times because the pictures made the house look like a small box. Our agent allowed the buyers to come to the home without asking our permission. When it was time to close as soon as we showed up to the closing company our agent left didnt even stay to help us. We were with the buyers and their realtor with no respresentation from our agent. Upon speaking with the buyers we found out that our agent had also told them lies. Like we were requesting their financal status. And that we were complaining about their realtor (which we had never even met). Also found out that our agent was telling them that we were being anal about everything. Their realtor said that our agent was so bad that they would never deal again with that agent. My husband spoke with our agents boss and nothing was done. Be careful when dealing with this company. Its sad that it only takes one agent to ruin the reputation of the whole company.
