Tim and his team were great in helping me sell my house. I had already found the new home that I was going to purchase and just needed someone to sell my current house. I had concerns about timing both sides of the transaction and how the process would work. Tim spent a lot of time easing my concerns and explaining the process so there were no surprises. Additionally, Tim took the time to advise my on the house I was buying so that transaction would go smoothly as well. Tim and his team were great at getting back to me right away, and made what I thought was a difficult transaction seem easy. The great thing was that while you work with the entire Sova team, Tim is involved and completely accessible throughout the process so there wasnt a concern like other group agents. I was very happy with the results and would highly recommend Tim Sova and the team.
