Tom Goodwin took me on as a client despite the fact that I was unwilling to sign directly with any realtor. I planned to do much of the leg-work myself and didnt want to get tied to a single realtor. I met several helpful realtors throughout the process and several that were not so professional. Far and away, Tom took my search more serious than all the others. He was professional and extremely helpful throughout the process and most of all was not pressuring or aggressive in any way. After several showings he sent my way, I decided he would be the guy for me to work with exclusively. We were able to work as a team and bounce ideas back and forth and within a short period of time, we found the house I was looking for.
