While Labor Ready does have work on a regular basis , they rate a BELOW ZERO ON EMPLOYEE RELATIONS . IF YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE OF ANY LABOR READY BRANCH IN PONTIAC , LANSING , OR FLINT AND YOU TRY TO CALL THE BRANCH THE REP THAT IS GETTING PAID TO ANSWER YOUR CALL SITS AT THE DESK AND LOOKS AT THE PHONE RING , THEY COULD CARE LESS . AND WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING YOUR PAY THEY COULD CARE LESS , BUT THEN WHY SHOULD THEY CARE THEY KNOW THAT THEY ARE GOING TO GET THEIR PAY ON TIME NOT AT 7PM OR AT 8PM OR LATER . WELL I GUESS SITTING AT THEIR DESK ON FACEBOOK OR WHATEVER IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE PEOPLE WHO ARE ACTUALY OUT DOING THE BACKBREAKING WORK TO INSURE THAT THEY GET THEIR PAY ON TIME .

Ive been going to Labor Ready off and on for a few years. They are very sexist and show favortism. In addition to being very very very un-organized. Ive seen people come in two weeks straight. There at the crack of dawn, waiting in the dirty lobby. To only have a staff member call people at home about jobs, when there is a lobby full of qualified workers! I will never go to Labor Ready again if it was the last job placement service on earth. Literally. I cant speak on all of them, but the one located in Pontiac, MI is not worth the headache. Will not recommend to my worse enemy.
