I walked in on Monday July 3rd looking for employment. Katinka was so nice and welcoming, and told me that I had a professional appearence. She went on to say how I was dressed nice and professional, and how my make up, jewelry, and over all appearence was nice and not to over the top for a professional position. She bragged about me, my resume, and examples of my work just to name a few. A few days later I was called for an interview with Henderson & Godbee the next morning. I was put to work immediately. A week ago today express TEXT me and told me that I needed to turn in my mileage. Come to find out they were letting me go. When asked why, the response was that it was temporary and the assignment was over. Katrina at Express reassured me that whatever happened at Henderson & Godbee would definitely not affect them working with me to find another job. After much thought, and being informed that another girl would be coming in on Monday to take my place, I wanted to talk with Katinka to find out exactly what happened and why I was told the assignment was over, yet someone else was hired for the position. She had a nasty attitude from the moment I sat down in her office. She sat there and repeatedly over and over again put me down about my grammer and my appearance, and even went as far as telling me that I was bitter. She told me that I was wrong for going to Maureen (a partner at Henderson & Godbee) wanting to know why I was let go, and what I done wrong. Whenever I tried to defend myself about allegations she was making about me that I KNEW was not true, she raised her voice and spoke over me. She never once let me explain myself, or tell my side of anything. When I told her about me getting yelled at for wanting to learn ssomethingnew at my job, she blew it off as if I was not telling the truth, and she told me that Express decided they werent going to help me in my job search. She continued to put me down, talk over me, and talk about how "bad" my grammar was. After listening to it long enough and not being able to defend myself, I told her that if they werent interested in helping me find employment then we were done here, and I thanked her for her time. I walked out of this place with my head held down not wanting to make eye contact with anyone in there (seeing as how she didnt even have the decency to close her door while raising her voice and talking down on me) and I wont ever step foot back in there.

I had anesthesia on a Tuesday for a bone marrow biopsy went in on a Friday for a drug test and failed it because I thought the drugs wouldve been out my system but they werent. Anyway, Tetinka rudely refused to look for work for me again ( never found me work even after a yr )and didnt care to see any proof as to my claim as to still have the drugs my doc administered in my system which caused me to fail. Tetinka was rude and not at all understanding. She acted as if I wasted her time for a whole yr jeez. Guess she didnt want proof b/c this failed drug test was her excuse as to why they couldnt find me a job in a whole yr smh. Anyway, I wouldnt recommend this company b/c it takes them forever to find you a job if they ever do and they are very unprofessional ( scheduling 15 ppl interviews aka drug tests lol at the same time and having only 8 seats in the room and making ppl wait hrs before being seen).

I went here on a Friday and was hired that next Tuesday. Ive only had one other experience in the past with a staffing agency, and it was horrible. I really believed that staffing agencies were a crock of bull. But after resigning from my previous job, I panicked and went to Express. I honestly couldnt be happier. I had nothing to hide and everything to gain! I went in, filled out an application, interviewed that same day, took a couple of tests and just waited....albeit I didnt have to wait for long! They WANT to get you hired, its why theyre in business.

Waste of time going here. IF they find you a job theyll first screw you over in pay, and dont trust anything they say. Actually, if they find you a job just keep your mouth shut or they will fire you for no reason, pretend to find you another job, and actually just screw you over in the end. Thanks for nothing, and take that professionals part out of your name. Express Employment Scammers!

I really think highly of Express Employment Professionals, Valdosta, GA. The staff they have is awesome. They really take care of their associates and they go above and beyond to get you back to work. These people have big hearts and really care about their associates. Out of all temporary employers, Express Pros is where to be!!!

Worst place you could possibly go to!!!! They take you like a joke as if youre wasting their time, then when they schedule you an "interview" they want to take almost 2 hours just to even talk to you!!!! Horrible place Id give them a 0 star if I could.

worst experience I had ever had my apt was at 9:00 am but I waited there until 10:30 and still was never seen. plus they was extremely rude.
