Applied for a position listed in a job board. Was contacted by email to provide my date of birth and last four of my SSN. No speaking with me or any other communication at all before that request. In attempting to call instead of send my info through email (of which the contact number and street address did not match any google search of any of their offices so I was concerned) I had left message after message after message with no response. I had emailed a request for contact. No response. I then sent an email asking the Kelly agent if it may be more expedient if I contact corporate instead. I finally get an email asking me to register on their site. Okay done. Emails and phone calls later no response. I finally say I have indeed tried speaking with someone at corporate and that they will see what they can do. I get a phone call for a telephone interview in which she is excitedly going to submit my resume to the client. This client is eager to hire and things should happen pretty fast. One week later, no responses, no communication, nothing. 3 weeks now and have gotten nowhere with this company. My only recommendation is if you are serious about working, serious about getting a paycheck, if you wish to find work, if you wish to go through any temp agencies, dont go through Kelly Services - steer very clear. If this is the way they do business can you imagine if there were any problems once you were actually working for them?

Forced to work against OSHA regulations. This is completely illegal. Forced to work in the dark. Then forced to work with the fire alarms going off. After all that we were forced to work in the dark with the lights off. We were not allowed to leave. When they came over to me, to tell me to get back to work. I took my gloves off and asked them to send me home, they refused. During this darkness one woman fell cut her leg and broke her nose. Power was out for several hours, during which time we could not get water from the drinking fountains. When we tried to exit the building we were yelled at to get back to work. This happened during a setup of the new home goods store in Crossgates Commons Albany, NY. Contacted Kelly Services multiple times in an attempt to resolve or report these issues. They refused to take any information or investigate in any way.

Worked there job switched before a yr with a 1 day notice. Once in the new job that lasted 6 months. Lead us on. On November right before the holiday after hiring all these new employees and switching our job role they layed all of us off. The let some of know the job was ending by email on a Sunday right before Mondays day of work and the rest of us they told us my calling a mandatory meeting after locking all of us out of their systems , having is call help desk because we couldnt get into our system to start work and then having help desk tellbus to call staffing on Monday then to find out after finally getting into my email to see coworkers pissed off cus they let everyone go so UNPROFESSIONAL!!

NO BENEFITS -no vacation days -no sick time -no medical or dental -no personal days -no perks ( groupon has better perks) -discount on apple products ( sure.... Basically buy the product at full price, no tax) -no voluntarily go home ( call volume always high) *****VERY LOW PAY***** -wouldnt even recommend it if it is your first job BAD MANAGEMENT ( for the apple account) - lazy - unprofessional - will try to make you perform duties that you have not been trained for - always throwing the blame on Apple and never taking ownership for Kelly Services problems!

Forced me to provide my own landline phone at my own cost. Never could get their computer to work right. Had my wife in tears nightly because she just wanted to work. Violating labor laws by not paying employees for time you are requiring of them. You are an awful company full of awful people. You will reap what you sow.
