Why people use their customs brokerage service is beyond me. They are the slowest broker, always issues. They never have a problem reminding you "We dont just have one customer with one file per day" even their automated phone system doesnt work. It sucks @ voice recognition. So frustrating.

Absolutely the worst customs broker to work with. I would not recommend my worst enemy to them. They should feel embarrassed about how bad their service is. Stay away and use Livingston or someone worth doing business with.
