The only reason they get one star is because the guy we dealt with when we picked up our package was actually nice. It would have been faster, less stressful, and more convenient for me to drive to California and pick up the package myself. It said my package should have arrived on a Monday, and I finally had to go pick it up myself on Thursday because they refused to drive 20 minutes to deliver it and kept saying itd go out next day. Even with screen shots of what their chat reps said of marking the package "hot" and it going out the next day, for three days, didnt matter. I will NEVER use them again and will go out of my way to write a review anywhere I can for them because their service sucked that bad. Dont believe the 5 star reviews.

Dont do business with them. Absolutely horrible. We have dealt with this company multiple times and have had problems every time. They will receive your shipment but will not deliver it and keep it at the terminal for days. When we ask why they wont deliver the shipment they have no excuse and then proceed to tell us that they can deliver it as an urgent delivery and then charge us a fee for it. I have even had to go pick it up from the terminal and it wasnt even ready. Keep in mind that my work is literally 3.5 miles from them. I hope this keeps anyone from doing business with them. I would select no stars if I could.

YRC has had my freight since the last week of March 2017. They were supped to delivery last week on Tuesday April 11 between 12-4. Never showed and not even a courtesy call. I had to call them to ask them why and get another delivery date. Today they promised to deliver between 8am-9:30 with a 20 min phone call when they were on their way. It is 9:38 while Im writing this review. I just called. Supposedly they were too busy to call me and are on their way. *Use someone else if you need your freight because they wont care if it gets there or not*

Horrible company to work for or deal with in any manner. Im not sure what minimum qualifications YRC holds in regards to business experience or college degree for upper management, but when it comes to an ethics standard I expect any street corner crack dealer to be over qualified. Just ask anyone thats worked at Yellow, or at Roadway, Preston or Holland since being acquired by Yellow. My apologies to any crack dealers, I didnt mean to offend you by comparing you to YRC upper management.

Would not recommend. So far my company has waited two days for an important delivery that has not arrived. They can offer no reason for their negligence. They simply offer a hollow apology and offer to deliver the shipment the next day. This is the most unprofessional experience I have had with a freight company in the two years I have worked for this business. You will have a much smoother experience with anyone but YRC.

• Good website to track the shipping • Awesome and very courteous representative named Desirée helped arrange for a delivery date of the shipment. • The truck/delivery driver was very helpful with the un-loading shipment and with his suggestion of where best to open the shipment boxes -- not inside the house due to some shipping stains on the boxes.

Called me to schedule a delivery 10am - 2pm, not arrived that time. I called them around 3pm, was told the driver is on the way. Waited till 7pm and no truck showed up. Called them one more time and was told will not deliver today without any reason. I took the day off, they wasted my whole day. Unprofessional company to stay away!
