Customer service is awful. Trying to cancel is like pulling teeth. I moved across country and as long as you provide proof you can easily get out of your contract for a fee. Instead, Ive called three times and have done nothing but speak to incompetent people who tell me "oh its being handled". The gym has limited selection in terms of machines and weight machines, and charge extra for classes. Go somewhere else, honestly it isnt worth it.

Nice facility but it definitely feels crowded with the way it is set up. If you are only using the cardio machines then you will be content. But as a person that does both I was very disappointed trying to find space to lift weights. I will not be going back to this one and will continue to go to the New Baltimore facility.

Gym was ok but good luck trying to cancel your membership. Customer service disappears once you tell them to stop taking money from your account.
