I really wanted to like them... I booked the presidential for both my husband and my son-in-law. This is Creams highest level of service. My husband arrive 15 minutes before his appointment and was told to go to the area where clients with appointments check in. The receptionist couldnt find their appointments; in the meantime, several other clients came in to say they have the same appointment time. My husband was told the barber was running late while another barber tried to reschedule the overbooked clients. Needless to say, my husband sat for a half an hour while no one updated him on the situation and ended up leaving. I understand that mistakes happen and sent a private message to Cream explaining the circumstances and if something could be done. Its been two days, I know that theyve seen the message, but they never responded. I would have preferred to call the owner but the business line has been disconnected.

This business is run like a childrens lemonade stand. Sometimes its open sometimes it is not. I showed up on a Tuesday a few weeks ago and the store was closed for no reason. They close at 6pm everyday except Friday (7pm) and when I show up at 5:30 on a Friday they cannot fit me in. I dont understand how anyone with a day job or a commute can get thier haircut. I cant make an appointment becuase there is no office phone and it goes directly to the owners cell phone who is unresponsive. You can try to make an appointment online but each barber has thier own way of booking and the person I had last week doesnt work there anymore the next week. I tried so hard to give you my business, but the shop is run so poorly, you could not take it.

You really dont know what it is to go to a REAL barber shop until you go here.... only real craftsman who ABSOLUTELY LOVE what they do.. work here... I dont like to criticize others so I wont... I will just say....it is a much different experience than anywhere else you will go....Ive seen West, Chuy, Maria and Stevie at work,....... they are Masters at what they do.... Great experience.... Great atmosphere! Honestly I was a bit intimidated that the place would be full of hip millennials making the place uncomfortable. I was wrong; There was even a little girl having her hair done by one of the female barbers! Its a welcoming environment with skilled barbers. Their prices are slightly higher than surrounding areas by five bucks or so. Good selection of pomades and swag.

I got a haircut and a shave, and it was honestly the best cut and shave Ive ever had. There is an awesome vibe inside and the staff is very friendly. Shawn was my barber, hes a super cool cat and did a fantastic job. The attention to detail was spot on! You can tell that these folks enjoy what they do. They are truly artists. Thanks guys! Stopped in here to get my sons hair cut spur of the moment. He was in a chair in minutes. Tanner did an awesome job with my fidgety 9 year old. He took his time cut my sons hair exactly the way he wanted it. We were first time customers but now my son refuses to go anywhere else! Awesome service!

This place is awesome. From the second I walked in I was welcomed. They do a great job of bringing back the old Barbershop vibe. I dont usually trust my beard with anyone, but everyone here is specifically trained for anything you want. Im going back for sure. You should too!!!

Awesome barber shop, took really good care of me. Take their time here, do not rush you in and out of a chair like a Great Clips or Borics would. Best of all, they have beer for paying customers.
