Terrible Terrible agency!!! Please do not use them for your service needs. I do not like even giving them one star because their service is so absolutely terrible. If you do so, plan on doing all of the work yourself and make sure you have a lending agency to assist. After using them in the last couple of months and asking for some of the fees to be returned to us, we were threatened with a restraining order by the owner Andy Sakmar. We had to continually and repeatedly ask our agent, Trish Bartlett, for answers on the home we were purchasing, and never received a response. We also had to communicate with the listing agent ourselves because she couldnt get answers, and the ones she did get were very untimely. Answers were not given until the Office Manager of the company got involved with the sale. Our lending agency, Quicken Loans, had to talk to the listing agent in order to get the appraisal dispute resolved because our agent wasnt communicating with the listing agent or our lender.
