I Hated the experience. I Had to return the DVDs more than I can count ( at least 12 times) because of scratched surfaces. Then they just put them back on the shelves to resale without cleaning or repairing the discs. They also give you a hard time with giving you free credit to your account when this happens. This is total blasphemy since they are required to wipe and clean the discs when you get checked out. I have had to repeatedly ask them every time I go back and they still dont do it or skip cleaning discs. Also when you rent the 2 for 1 movies they ring them up in a certain order so you dont get the actual two for one special and force you to pay more. Even when you try to bring this to their attention they argue with you about it. One time I got a coupon for a free rental and they would not redeem it. Tonight they tried to make me buy 3 movies when I won a free dollar rental. That was the last horrible experience I needed from this franchise and I will never rent there again. Not to mention the horrible customer service and this stalker that works there that tries to talk to you about where you live and gets too personal every time he pulls up your account. What a creep. They always have a Now Hiring sign because they never hire anyone that applies. This is because during the interview process they ask about what ideas you have to make the store better. They also ask you why you rent there. So it just gets summed up as one big survey for the corporate managers to get their feeding frenzy in. Im just going to Netflix where I can get an unlimited number of new releases, classic, and cult movies sent to my house for $15.00 a month. Im pretty sure family video is just a big experiment for the corporations in the movie industry to observe the different movie categories being rented so they can pump out bigger box office hits.

I love this store. Not only do they have great rental prices (2 movies for $1/5 days for most of their older movies) but the people who work here are very friendly and helpful! They had a now hiring sign up for months and I think its because they were waiting to hire the best. They actually make sure your dvds are in good shape and resurface them if they need it so when you go home and play them they dont freeze up an hour into the movie.

I love the movie store but I just called there, assuming they close early today, to see what the hours were. Theyre open until 11, per usual. Being someone whos worked in the customer service industry, I think its distasteful for those facilities and their upper management to not give their employees a break. I think they should close at 6 or 9 at the latest so they could at least see some fricken fireworks.

Ok the have an ok selection but nothing is a category they dont have to many foreign movies. The last 2 times we went there we got new release the disc were so badly damaged you could not even watch them. My suggestion if you want to rent movies go to Netflix and get 3 disc to your home and if they a damaged they fix and give you other one.

Great place to get a movie for home. Has the newest movies, and has old movies. Also has pretty good video game options. Very inexpensive. If you are trying to find somewhere to rent a movie or video game, look and see if they have it here. Im 90% sure theyll have the movie you want.

I have been using Netflix for the past few years and thought for sure all video stores would go out of business. Well im glad this one didnt im hooked on their awesome service and selection! I may have to just unsubscribe from Netflix now..
