Always very friendly and helpful staff. Although, I do wish they were a little more knowledgeable about the movies, at least the new releases. That could help me decide what to rent sometimes if I were able to get some kind of input on them. If they were more informative in that department I would give 5 stars. Other than that, great place. Always smiling and greeting you right when you walk in the door.

The two woman that work at 9 mile location. Are so rude and unprofessional. They keep telling me the wrong due date. Good thing i can count the days for myself. The fat one dresses unprofessional with a see thru shirt. This is not first time i had a problem with the nasty old hags. Hope you fix your store get rid of the rude employees.

Love this place even if they did change managers and get a new crew. The customer service is excellent. I wish they could have kept Mr. Chen he was great . He could tell you about the different movies. Great guy , I believe he transferred to another Family Video. Good prices and they have all the up to date movies.

While the concept of a DVD rental store is getting a bit old, they do a really good job keeping up with everything. If there is a niche movie that came out recently they will have it.
