No appreciation for existing talent, no clue how to run a business, no appreciation for employees. Creatives that cannot create. Enough senior vps to sink the titanic. No business sense, no clear business model to follow. I personally dont blame mazda for bailing out. Even they could see that doner (doesnt deserve a capital d) was sinking. Ill be surprised if doner exists in 5 years. if you are unfortunate enough to work there, have a backup plan ready. everything youve done to better the company will do you no good. This isnt your Dads Doner. So forget all the horror stories of what Doner used to be. Yep, theres some long hours. Try to find a good agency that doesnt put in hours. But thats the thing. Doner doesnt want to just be a good agency. Their sights are set on being a great one. Look at the latest work. Look at the recent new biz wins. Id say great is exactly where this Doner is heading.

Doner is set in a big building, and it functions because of its big heart. Known for some of Americas most memorable spots, Doner continues to create great advertising. You put good in, you get good out.
