The owner Richard Nelson came out to our home to fix our clogged pipes and leaky sinks. He was professional in the beginning. He looked at the issues and gave us a quote. I hired him to to do the job one day later. He said he would come out on Monday at 12 pm. At 12:30 pm I called him to see where he was, he stated his secretary was suppose to call me and tell me 1:30 pm. He showed up at 1:30 pm, but I think a courtesy call to ME would have been nice. The work is done and we paid him. The next day the drains were draining slow in the bathroom. The sink and the tub. I called Richard again and couldnt get in contact with him for two days. He finally called back and stated that he would come over that Saturday at 9:30 am. Richard never came or called. How professional is that? His services are far beyond deplorable. I am disgusted with this service. Now I have to call another plumber to fix the Problem that Professional Plumbing was suppose to do. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

The service that was beyond top notch.During are recent cold spell we had are waterlines freeze up and split after calling a couple companies and get the same old song and dance we called Professional Plumbing Rick was very understanding in our time of need he came over shut down the main and explained he needed to go and finish a job and he would be back in two hours.Two hours came and he was back like he said he repaired the split lines at a very very fair price.I would recommend his service to everyone I know.Thank you Rick for your service
