Worst experience ever out of any service i have ever gotten from anything. Sewage pipe in basement broke. Saturday night guy shows up and takes a look. says he has to contact landlord. Contacts landlord who gives him approval. Guy tells landlord: 1. has been leaking for a long time. ok i would notice poo water leaking in my basement. 3 weeks ago roommate was running on the treadmill 3 feet away from the pipe while i was in the shower. 2. Not a big deal can wait. yes it is a big deal if you could not use water in your house without getting poo water on your basement floor would you be ok with it. 3. i have a leaking pipe going to my fish tank. the pipe he was talking about CLEARLY goes to my washer and is turned on and off when we use it and drains into a drain. on top of that is none of his business. Which resulted in my landlord forcing me to get rid of fish tank. Anyway monday rolls around and they said there will be someone here 11-12. 12:30ish guy shows up takes a look and say he will have his guys out within the hour. 2ish guy shows up says ok i know what i need and leaves. 2:45 guy comes back with another guy says they know what they need and leave. guy shows up with a different guy(5th different person at my house) and leaves. guys show back up cut down the drain leave it on my floor and leave. come back and finally put in the new pipe and remove the old one that leaked all over my basement at 8:15PM. went down today to find my washer up plugged. found the bent to hell plug to plug in which was covered in poo which was now on my hands. fixed the plug plugged it in. noticed the water hose was disconnected. went to plug it in found out they broke the connector off the back of my washer. did not tell me or anything. also found a nice big pile of poop back there. Oh and asked me to use my mop to clean up

I had a sewer line replaced a few weeks ago. The man who supplied me with the quote was very communicable and helpful in the beginning. After day 1 of the construction, there was a medium size hole in my basement wall that led outdoors. You could actually see outside when looking through the hole in the basement. They had to leave it like this for the inspector to come out the next day to review their work. Inspector came the next day, but ARS Rescue Rooter had an "emergency" and had to postpone filling the hole/finishing the project until day 3. It was a bit concerning, having this hole in my house that wild animals could easily have fit through. I cant comment about the work they performed, as it is underground so I wouldnt know if it was fixed properly or not. But I will say I was relieved to see the ARS sticker on one of the pipes that outlined the work they have completed so the next homeowner/plumber would know. On day 4 (Saturday) I realized my back gate lock was broken after a 5 hour hunting spree of the neighborhood, trying to find my dog that had escaped through the fence door due to the broken latch. The latch wasnt broken prior to this job. I had corresponded with the initial man who provided me the quote via phone and text. Since it was a weekend and later in the evening, I sent him a text explaining the situation and that I was disappointed. I havent received a response to this day. I chalked it up as a small loss given the fact the lock wasnt brand new, however I am still disappointed they never took responsibility for breaking the lock that was right next to the area they dug up. You would think after paying a company $9,000 they would be considerate enough to fix their mistakes. Lesson learned.

Today Mr. Leo Long installed a New Hot Water Heater in my home, and I was so impressed with the caliber of service that I received from him, I could hardly wait to write this review. From the moment he first arrived at my home a few days ago to give me a quote until the second he departed today, Mr. Long exemplified the highest level of professionalism. Not only was he friendly and polite, but also respectful of me and my home. Mr. Long demonstrated exceptional knowledge and expertise pertaining to the service he was providing. He was perfectly patient with and thorough in response to the multitude of questions I posed. Mr. Long also took time to explain and make sure I understood how to operate the units controls as well as how to best maintain the unit. It will be an honor for me recommend Mr. Leo Long to my family and friends for their plumbing service needs. Thank you so much Leo!!!

I made an online appointment at 7:00pm for the next day, time range of 8-10 am. I expected a telephone call during this time to at least confirm my appointment and notification when service person was on the way. Neither happened. I ended up calling the company at 10:30 am notifying that I had not received a telephone call (yet I did receive an email confirmation). I said that I needed somebody right away or I need to cancel the appointment. The service rep put me on hold for approximately 2 mintues then came back to the phone and said "Ill go ahead an cancel your appointment." So this confirms that I had an appointment listed, nobody bothered doing an actual real work. I called Roto Rooter and they came out the same day, finished my two broken toilet flanges and rebuilt 2 toilets all within 1 day. Very lousy service. Better plumbers elsewhere.

Justin M. came out, accessed the problem and had the repair going in minutes. He was friendly, knowledgable, helpful and taught us how to hopefully avoid further issues. We have a tree that is growing right next to the sewer line so our real issue is getting the tree removed. However, hes been able to help get us through until that is possible. We greatly appreciate his time and skill! This is why we have professionals - because we clearly had no idea what we were doing. Save yourself time and money, dont buy the root killer stuff thinking its going to be a 100% fix - its not. Call in a professional to help you, we are more than happy we did! We hope the next time (should there be) Justin M. will be able to come out and help us again. He represented this company very well. We here at the Eddystone house, thank him.

I have never used this companys services, yet they persist in harassing me on the phone, calling me 2-3 times a day, despite my repeated requests for them to stop calling and the fact that I am on the National Do Not Call registry. This is probably the corporate office of this company, but that offices email feedback form does not work. I have contacted the National Do Not Call Registry several times on this matter and am ready to take legal action to stop the harassment. So hopefully someone from this company will see this post. I would NEVER do business with ARS Rescue Rooter simply based on this. I believe they purchased my phone number from some list somewhere (because I did use a similar company). But still, they are like a dog with a bone and wont leave you alone!!!
