AWFUL SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO WARRANTY! POOR QUALITY OF REPAIRS / POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Called them to fix my hot side shower handle in the end of July and they came in 15 mins, the tech spent 10mins and they charged us regular price for service $120. One month later the handle broke again and we cant stop the hot water, its open to the full and running to the bath drain. They keep telling me that its not urgent, they dont have techs available today and will have someone out only tomorrow. Also they cant send someone out today at least after their normal hours, their manager Shawn says that they dont want to pay overtime to the tech and if he sends someone today, hell charge me again, not a warranty!!!! The manager is rude, interrupted me. SO, its 2pm now and theyll send someone out only tomorrow at 12pm-3pm, till that time my hot water will be running without stop for 1 day! P.S. The office is located only 10 mins away from me and I offered the manager to come out and help me to stop running hot water, he refused.

Had a new sink along with a dishwasher that needed to be installed. Called Clearwater Plumping based upon reviews. Explained the project and was told a plumper could be out in about 3 hours. After giving info, we hung up. Was ecstatic that I was receiving same day service. 20 minutes later I received a call back from the receptionist stating an opening was available and the plumber was on his way. 10 minutes later a plumber named Eddie showed up. Eddie did an excellent job. I highly recommend as he was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. After the job was completed I was expecting a plumber’s bill instead I received a bill that was pleasantly realistic. From now on, will be using Clearwater Plumping for all plumbing services.

Installed stainless steel kitchen sink into counter top; hooked up faucet set and drain; hooked up dishwasher water feed and drain. Re-installed bathroom vanity sink drain. Anthony and his assistant arrived later than expected but I was kept informed of all scheduling changes. They were very professional and did an excellent job. After the drain install in both the kitchen and bathroom they tested for leaks. In the bathroom they even increased the original travel of the pop-up drain that improved the water flow in the drain. I was very pleased with the job. This is the second time I have used Tampa Bay Plumbers. I would recommend them without reservation.

the worst plumber I ever had. The hotc/cold was reversed in the shower when Cleatwater changed out a leaking value, AND it xould not be corrected without tearing out the tile since the plumber had stripped the screws. Clearwater Plumbing said tough when I complained and threatened to sue if I did pay the bill despite their error. They also tried to fix a clog in the condo builidng main drain which flooded several units and the rec area. Both times they failed. A different plumber solved the problem by slanting the drain pipe instead of keeping it a ninety degree bend.

I called Clearwater Plumbing yesterday after calling two other plumbing companies. Clearwater Plumbing actually had a live person answer the phone and they were able to schedule an appointment for today to install a new toilet. Rob arrived on time and with a smile on his face! He was very knowledgeable, worked quickly and cleaned up when he was done. He did a great job and Im so happy that I have a new plumbing company.

Rob was fantastic! We had a leak under our kitchen sink. Not only did he repair it quickly and efficiently, he was explained the issue in detail and did other repairs that we thought of while he was here. He did not rush us and was extremely courteous. I had two toilets replaced and the staff did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves, were very nice, on time, and very cost effective. Also have had them come out to fix clogged drain (kids love toilet paper) and they were out very quick and resolved my problem. Have recommended them to several friends who have all been satisfied.

I am talking about their nightly answering service. They were mean and rude. So rude, I hung up the phone. They act like they do not want your business! McGill in Largo, Florida received my business and it worked out for the best, because they did not cheat me and they were fast and quick. Call McGill Plumbing!

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE! We called to get a toilet unclogged and they came and looked at it and said they were too busy to help and left. I called the company to find out why and they said they are too busy to handle issues like this. WHAT kind of services do you provide then? Are you a real plumber?

I have been using Clearwater Plumbing for over 30 years in all of my condos and have never had a reason to complain. They are punctual and efficient and always get the job done. I would never use another plumbing company unless it was an emergency and the Clearwater Plumbing team was unavailable.

Quick response to our call; very friendly, competent plumber who diagnosed the problem and put a new hot water heater in within a few hours. Cleaned up afterward, rechecked all faucets and entire system before leaving. A most pleasant (and reasonable) experience. Very highly recommended!

I give a four star because of the price... but... rob came out and was super professional and did an outstanding job hooking up all the drains and water lines. Very nice guy and does wonderful work. Only flaw is that they charge a bit more than was expecting.
