I DONT THINK THEY DESERVE ONE STAR !!!! I USED THEM FOR YEARS WHEN MR DUNCAN OWNED AND OPERATED IT BECAUSE I PUT MY TRUST IN THEM TO DO WHAT I NEEDED AND TAKE CARE OF ME AND I LET THEM PUT A WATER HEATER IN SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND THEN REPLACE ELEMENTS AS THEY NEEDED AND VARIOUS OTHER JOBS AS WELL, THEN THIS THANKSGIVING WHEN I WOKE UP TO NO HOT WATER I WALKED BACK TO THE HOTWATER HEATER & THERE WAS WATER ALL OVER THE BACK ROOM WHERE IT WAS AND YOU COULD SEE WHERE A FIRE HAD ALMOST STARTED AT THE WATER HEATER........... WELL I CALLED AND THE GIRL SAID SHE COULDNT GET ANYONE THERE TILL NOON... I NEED TO CHANGE MY SCHEDULE AND I TOLD HER I WOULD CALL HER RIGHT BACK... I DID AND SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK... AND SO I HAD TO GET ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY GOT THERE AND TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF ME QUICKLY AND TOLD ME I WAS LUCKY MY HOUSE DIDNT BURN DOWN BECAUSE THEY INSTALLED MY WATER HEATER " WITH NO GROUND " THE PLUMBER SAID HE WOULDNT EVER EVEN INSTALL A WATER HEATER UNLESS ITS GOT A GROUND.. SO THEN HE SAID THEY NEVER INSTALLED A PAN UNDERNEATH IT EITHER WHICH CAUSED ME MY WATER DAMAGE ... SO THANKS TO THE IDIOTS AT RAY DUNCAN PLUMBING I ALMOST HAD MY HOUSE BURN DOWN AND HAD WATER DAMAGE ... OH YEA, HE DIDNT INSTALL AN OUTSIDE DRAIN OFF EITHER..... AND NONE OF THIS WAS EVER EVEN SUGGESTED..... IVE HAD A BUSINESS FOR OVER 20 YEARS OF DOING PHOTOGRAPHY AND YOU ARE " ONLY AS GOOD AS YOUR WORST EMPLOYEE " ... SO GIVING THE FACT THAT SEVERAL OF THEIR EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN TO MY HOUSE THEY MUST ALL BE IDIOTS AND INEPT PLUMBERS...... DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL DUNEDIN PLUMBING OR SCOTTOS IN CLEARWATER.... .... I TRY TO GIVE MY BUSINESS TO A LOCAL BUT THE NEW OWNER IS IN IT FOR THE MONEY AND I LOOKED UP AND SAW WHERE IT ALREADY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS IN OLDSMAR ON ANOTHER PLUMBING BUSINESS.... BE AWARE.... BE VERY AWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY... I KNEW I SMELLED SOMETHING BURNING BUT I THOUGHT IT WAS SOMEONE BURNING SOMETHING IN THE AREA... LITTLE DID I KNOW IT WAS ALMOST MY HOUSE I WAS SMELLING BURNING AND IT WAS A PRELUDE TO THE FLOODING DAMAGE I WAS ABOUT TO GET ......

I had booked for someone to come to my house between 6 - 8 pm to unclog my toilet. He didnt show up till 11 PM and then breaks his snake and tries to tell me there is something major stuck in my toilet. But mine goes down but is not long enough. Then he stands there saying omg this tool is $50 and then tells me he can pull my toilet off and fix it but it will cost me $400 umm how bout NO! Very angry that I now dont have a toilet to use till Monday because I didnt want to pay what he was asking. He was the only guy on call all weekend for the company and told me he wouldnt come out again and use another snake he wanted to charge me crazy prices. He used my snake and it went down so its not the toilet its in the line. Very unhappy with this company and will make sure my friends and family never use them ever!

Over charged my elderly mother.The main line was broke in her yard and the first repair was to her faucet in the kitchen which had a very slow drip.The water meter was spinning very fast so a slow drip does not cause that.The second time out was to fix the broke line in the yard.That second repair would have stopped the meter spinning.My Mom is living on social security so she has no extra money for misdiagnosing repairs needed.My family has used this company before but not anymore.You have just lost a long customer.If you cared like you say you do your company would have looked into this service call instead of just sending a bill.Bad service does kill a business......My mom lives 1 block from your office and she is 78 years old.Respect your elders...................

Had an outside faucet bend and burst from the storm. Called them that night and they were able to get someone out the very next morning. Nathan was our service tech, from his explanation of what he was going to have to do to fix it, sounded like an all day job. It wasnt, he was able to get the job done in about an hour (actually less). incredibly courteous and polite. Pleasure to work with him. He got the job done and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Ray Duncan Plumbing (I have no affiliation to Ray Duncan, although I tried to get some preferential treatment using the last name, they didnt fall for it :) ) A great company to call when needing some prompt and professional assistance.

Very grateful that they were able to respond so quickly on the day before Hurricane Irma was to hit, and the workman did a good job, BUT- $288.00 to replace 3 cracked plastic fittings? And they didnt have all the right fittings on the truck and had to go to Home Depot to get them? The 4 stars is for the employee that came to my house; Id like to give ZERO stars to their accounting department- this is obviously NOT Ray Duncan Plumbing any more, as he never would have charged me anywhere near this much.

This is the 2nd time I used Ray Duncan Plumbing Today and made sure to request Adam for the job. Always on time, courteous, and professional. Adam always works quickly and neatly. I really value that he takes the time to answer all my questions and addresses my concerns. There is no ones else I will call for the future work my home may need. And for what its worth, my rescue dog who is SUPER nervous around new people is calm and relaxed whenever Adam has done work at my home.

Charles did an excellent job as far as what he was "tasked to do"; as far as Servicing Your Customer, Home Adviser/Ray Duncan Plumbing Today should get "0" Stars. . .I took a good amount of time Describing What Job I wanted Someone To Do", however, I was misinformed that all the work I outlined would be considered for a job estimate. Thus This Service" was a waste of my time and yours!

Ray Duncan Plumbing is my go to plumber from now on! I try to do as much as I can, and I would consider myself semi handy, but when there is a problem I cannot fix I wouldnt trust anyone else. Ray is efficient and very fair priced, not to mention he is incredibly friendly. Ray fixed a few issues for me all at a very reasonable price.

Extreme overcharge. $90 to show up, snake a toilet that was not clogged and tell me they dont see any problem. They "forgot" to collect payment, I assumed there was no charge since they didnt solve anything. Then were rude and argumentative when they called demanding their $90 immediately.

All of the members of the company y were very professional in their handling of our plumbing issue and documentation. Nathan L., Nathan B., Jeremy, and Tim all were friendly, courteus, and knowledgeable in resolving any problems we had as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
