Tyler from Dunedin Plumbing is too lazy to get off the couch even if it means overtime pay to service our clogged drain after hours. He was clearly upset that I asked him to come out after 10 pm on a school night. I explained to the on-call operator and Tyler that I was not concerned about cost because sewage was backing up into my tub and toilet causing my entire house to smell terribly. He told me not to use any water and kept repeating that hed rather arrive at 8 in the morning than answer my 24 hour on call emergency. Im willing to pay any price to get rid of the clogged drain. He refused. I called back to complain to the answering service. Dunedin Plumbing is NOT an on call plumbing service. Tyler should not handle any customer service calls.

No Stars. This subcontractor does horrible work. I gutted/remodeled a home in 2003 and the work included re-plumbing the entire home. Extremely sloppy work: Toilets crooked/not perpendicular to the wall, insufficient pipe strapping inside walls resulting in expansion noise every time hot water is used, stripped set screws on faucet handles resulting in my not being able to replace leaky cartridges. The topper though was incorrect installation of shower pans and drains in both tile showers. Both showers are now leaking as of Dec 2007 and Im having to replace them both. Will cost about 3,000.00. Plus, Ive got mold growing in the wall, and ruined hardwood floors in 2 adjacent rooms.

Called Dunedin Plumbing who installed a water heater for me and experienced top10 terrible customer Service. You know when you talk to people who make it seem like you (the customer) are being unreasonable etc.. When I asked to speak to the owner, Scott point blank told me he would not pass on any message to him. I called back and talked to a lady who informed me that they are all family (hence no recourse) and then also got frustrated with me. I was probably complaining about her husband or brother would be my bet. So....if you have any trouble, dont expect to be able to have any responsibility taken or resolution.

Called Dunedin Plumbing for a simple job of replacing some valve stops that had been previously stripped and a mixing valve that I was able to get replaced free of charge by the company that sold them originally. Phone schedule was very friendly, explained pricing and was able to have a tech dispatched same day. The tech, Rick, was on time and very friendly, gladly obliged my want to assist to learn something and watch and quickly took care of the job. Everything is working great, would recommend. I am a Dunedin resident.

If I could give them minus 5 stars I would! They came out to locate a leak under the cement slab in my house; the employee stated he located the leak in the area under my water heater, charged me $250.00 and went on his merry way. I eventually found the leak 12 feet from where the employee stated it was. I wrote a letter explaining the incident and requesting a refund and hand delivered it to the office. They basically told me to hit the bricks and NO refund! CONSUMER BEWARE!!!! They Ripped me off $250.00!!!!!!

Dunedin Plumbing has been a great service compared to all other plumbing companies in the area. The customer service (scott) was great with explaining what needed to be done. Service was quick, effective and clean. Service tech are very nice and helpful to making you understand what needs to be done before charging you. Price is reasonable. Our service technician is BOB and he is amazing at his work, very friendly too!! Overall great service and nice people to work with. I found my plumbing company!

Definitely 5 stars! Great service, Great communication! FAST and efficient!! Days after Hurricane Irma, my water heater started leaking really bad, It needed replacing. Dunedin Plumbing was without power from the storm but STILL came out next day and changed out my water heater with no issues. Charles did an awesome job, He was professional, down to earth and really nice. Thanks so much for a great job during a stressful time for everyone. Recommended!

We had a pipe spring leaks and leak through the walls. We called Dunedin Plumbing, and they sent their resident leak expert "Bob" out to assess the situation. Bob was professional, courteous, efficient and a master of his craft. We were so impressed with Bob and his work, we happily paid for more of his time to fix other non-pressing plumbing issues. If you want to trust someone to do the best quality work, Bob at Dunedin Plumbing is your guy.

I had an outdoor plumbing emergency at 2am which caused my front yard to flood. I called, and was promptly called right back. I was extremely happy that Jim showed up that morning at the exact time he said he would. My repair took several hours and lots of digging, and Jim was professional and courteous the whole time. I feel the price paid for the amount of work done was acceptable also. I will consider using Dunedin Plumbing in the future.

No way! Hired them to hookup a dishwasher on Friday. Paid him and left. When I went to use the dishwasher later that night, no power to the dishwasher, looked under it and saw the power line was just sitting on the floor under it, not attached, and noticed a puddle under the dishwasher. Called for service (after hours) they said to wait til Monday. So no hot water all weekend? Find someone else, these guys dont stand behind their work.

Called at 7:50 a.m. for a broken bathtub faucet, also a broken indoor cold water valve handle. Mike was here by 8:30. Fixed both things, didnt make me purchase a new faucet unit, just repaired the innards of the stripped one I had and put on a new knob. He was personable, and he was done in an hour. It cost $209. I dont know how that compares price-wise, but seems worth it to me for prompt service, especially if the work holds up.

I had Mr. Rooter come out first and they scared me , said I need to re do all my plumbing under my house it will cost $16000 and if I dont do it it will be worse and to sign right then and there, DO NOT TRUST Mr. Rooter, Shawn from Dunedin Plumbing was awesome he found the real issue and installed a access pipe as well so next time it will be simple to get this fixed. Thank you Dunedin Plumbing!!

With three small kids, someone is always destroying something. Dunedin Plumbing answered the call when our kids toilet stopped functioning as it should. The plumber was polite, quick, and resourceful - uncovering a paintbrush(!) to fix our issue. It was our first call with Dunedin Plumbing, but Im sure there will be more. I have been a longtime resident in Dunedin and had a plumbing emergency.I called Dunedin plumbing...They took advantage of the situation and overcharged me....They add time to the job and $$$ to the final bill....It was simple job ,but they over charged.Take my advice and get other estimates before using this company.

Had a water heater installed in the condo I rent out this past summer. The wiring was done incorrectly and left my tenants with no hot water for 3 days. They said it was a weekend so nobody could come to fix their own screwup. Not recommended unfortunately after many years of great service. Disappointing.
