Just moved to our new home and heard gurgling sounds coming from the toilets. The next day we could not flush the toilets. Oh no!!!!!! And I need to get to work. Hubby called Roto-Rooter and they were out to our home in about an hour...thank goodness. The service tech came out and cleaned the lines as best he could. Another service tech came out and ran a camera down the sewer pipe and showed my husband how bad the sewer pipe was. He could actually see all the cracks and tree roots growing into the pipe. The pipe needed to be replaced and the team was able to start the process immediately! They explained every step that needed to be done to my husband, they worked very hard digging along the pipe path, and they were able to keep us connected so that we could use all the bathroom plumbing. They finished replacing the pipe the next day. They were fast, courteous and very professional. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again...but I think they were so good that we wont need to call them any time soon.

roto rooter did a fantastic job. we moved into a new house and our plumber came in late in the evening and spent about three hours trouble shooting with us on what could be wrong. he cleared the blockage and even gave us some helpful advice on how to fix our pipe (add a drain opening) with no pressure to do the work he offered to come back the next day to help look at some issues that may have been there. unfortunately we had a new blockage two days later they came and unclogged it again at no charge than offered for free another plumber to come out and check the plumbing with the camera. he checked it and found a separation right outside the house. he gave some great advice on how we could do it ourselves and again with no pressure gave us an estimate to fix it. we decided two weeks later to have them fix the separation and they came by re graded the line and added the drain opening. now every time we flush we say rot rooter in honor of the great service and now trouble free plumbing. thank you root rooter!!

We recently purchased a house and within the first few days of living in it, we started having issues with our only bathroom toilet flushing. I called Roto-Rooter and they came out promptly. As soon as the technician came out, he informed me of a $40 off coupon that I wasnt even aware of. Even though I wasnt able to print it out from online, the technician still gave me the coupon off my service. The technician quickly discovered that I had a large amount of roots growing from all around my toilet flange. The technician got rid of all the roots and scheduled an appointment for the next day (on the 4th of July) for them to come back out and permanently fix the issue by replacing the flange and pouring concrete. The whole thing took about 5 hours over the two days. The technicians were extremely helpful and explained exactly what was wrong and what would cause this. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone looking for great plumbing service!

Well I bought a house just a few weeks ago and had it inspected by a plumber who said it all looked good, charged me $450 and went on his merry way. Today the tub backed up and I decided to call Roto Rooter instead of the previous plumber since in his opinion the plumbing looked "good". Roto Rooter answered the phone and had a tech (Keli 3055) there within 45 minutes. Keli was polite, professional and very informative. He checked out my drain line, cleared them and discovered that there was in fact a problem. He called his manager, Chad who arrived within minutes. Together they helped me to understand my plumbing situation. I will receive a estimate tomorrow for the work that needs to be done. I now know that they also do inspections and guarantee their work for 25 years. Im certain the first plumber will be retired long before 25 years!

I called Roto Rooter last night after trying to make a decision on who to hire to clear a clog and my wife suggested Roto-Rooter because of previous knowledge of them and when i called the first thing i noticed is have professional that man who answered to phone i was prepared for him to tell me that they could get someone out the next day but to my surprise he said someone could come out last night. so i said OK and He said someone would call me thirty minutes before coming which they do the plumber was here within the time promised. the plumber came and looked the the problem and told me what it was of all the plumbing company my wife and I have had in the past this guy located the problem and did not leave until it was fixed and he ran the water in every area to make sure the clog was gone . feeling very happy about the experience.

Slow response, expensive. Called at 1:30PM, told tech would be onsite between 2:00 & 6:00 - technician showed at 7:30PM only to say hed come tomorrow at 9:00AM. Showed up at 10:00 AM next day, then left for one hour to get parts. Had a similar job (which required more work/parts) done by Alvarez last year, its cost $364 (and Alvarez had all parts on-hand in the truck). Roto-Rooter charged me over $600 for similar work with less parts (outdoor bib issue required opening wall to fix leaking pipe). Work was well done, technician courteous, so 3 stars due to response time and mainly, price. Note: Roto-Rooter charges fixed price based on approximate hours x$175/hour with no travel or weekend surcharge. Other plumbers charge hourly, including travel (ala Alvarez, although they were still significantly cheaper).

ROTO-ROOTER was prompt in answering our call. Nick Smith (tech # 2781) was our tech. I consider him a great combination of knowledgeable operator, and a very personable and considerate representative of the company. Nick quickly determined what our issue was and recommended a solution which included the cost. He allowed us a chance to discuss it before making our decision, and once we did Nick quickly took action. While he was working he made sure he did not make a mess in the house, and once finished he cleaned everything thoroughly. We feel like we got a great value in our service from ROTO-ROOTER and highly recommend them, and especially Nick Smith, to anyone.

On Friday morning, we noticed flooding in our master bedroom and bath, along with the guest bathroom at the other end of the house. We immediately called Roto-Rooter and the gentleman who helped schedule the appointment was quite helpful and Tony, the plumber, arrived at our house about an hour later. Tony was courteous, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process- we couldnt have asked for a better plumber. He was here for just about 2 hours while fixing the issue and made us feel confident that we wouldnt have to deal with the same problem again. We would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and Tony.

Miri, our technician came to my home to fix a bad gasket in the toilet tank. I am very pleased to say, I was very impressed w/his mannerism and professionalism. He was very patient and knowledgeable with all of my technical questions. He was very thorough with his answers and answered all my questions to where I understood them. I called at 11 on Saturday and he was at my home within an hour. He didnt swindle me into things that werent needed. He was honest and very professional and would recommend Roto-Rooter and use them again for any future issues.
