I own a small business in Seminole and my contractor highly recommended J&R PREMIER PLUMBING INC. There are other plumbing businesses with similar names but, do not make the mistake I did and hire another. Premier gave me the lowest bid, was ready to come to do the work. But, then another plumber showed up promising me he would do the job asap if I hired him so I could open and charging a lot more then Premier. The only reason I hired the other was his verbal promises to do asap after telling him it had to be done asap. I was left with doing part of the job myself which I had to call in help with and repeatedly being a no show he had other jobs and then on the weekend- my shop flooded with water ruining a cabinet my husband had to lift, repair from not sealing a drain line that was right over a gutter and when it rained it filled the shop with water. That took my husband and I a lot of work to fix, move the cabinet which has water damage. I could live with a mistake but, not showing up repeatedly when our verbal agreement was the job would be done asap. That night right after the permit is at the city call me that he was not coming that next day because of other work and the third time. I received a call he would be there 10am the evening before because his cell phone was dying and I had to have all the repair work done for him from cutting up the plaster which my husband and I did until after 10 pm the night before using textural board and waited for several hours the next am so, I was forced to call back Premier because after going on week two to finish and waiting to no call I couldnt afford to wait any longer.

Water Heater was leaking, called around and got some pretty high prices for a 30 gallon Water Heater install. Had seen J&Rs van in our neighborhood, so I gave them a call. John and his crew were out within an hour. Not only did they do an amazing job, but he changed out my washing machine shut off valves as they were old and looked like they were starting to leak. He also installed a catch pan, so if my elevated water heater ever leaked in the future, it would not drip on everything below. He did all this for no extra charge. I will have them back out to do the plumbing for my bathroom remodel in a couple of months. Highly recommend!!!
