Don’t do business with this company!!! It looks like they stole another company’s customer list!! My boss came up to my desk with a quote from this company, because he thought it was for yearly maintenance, and since we are moving he asked me to call them and revise it so it would run until we moved and not through the whole year. Aside from the fact that this is not that type of contract it made me take a closer look, and I noticed, something seemed different / strange. It didn’t look like the same company we normally get this done with, so I looked through old paperwork, and sure enough it was not. I called the company who normally services our equipment, and they mentioned that they have been getting a lot of these calls lately and suspected a former employee stole / gathered their customer list with all the pertinent information (Names, Addresses, model and serial numbers, ETC) Even if they do good work and it is inexpensive (Which I dont know either way) would you really trust them?

Had a great experience with them after the first two companys came out. One, said $3800.00 to repair it, the second said I needed a whole new generator. These folks were great with me and my elderly mother. The sales staff and a technician who knew his stuff came out and determined I only needed a gas meter up grade, that the generator is fine. Then they went further and called the gas company and scheduled and handled all of that. I didnt loose asleep after that. I would recommend the everyone I know. Very pleased customer.

Great shop to work with The owner stands behind his work. My generator was fixed but there was a small unforeseen issue. I needed to bring the generator back and as promised he "Made it right" at no extra charge. You cant find that kind of guarantee now a days. Thank you again American Generator
