I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY! 5 days ago, our water went out. We called Goyette and were told they would squeeze us in, 5 days later. Yesterday, the electrician called and told us he was going to show up a day early, right after lunch. So, my husband left work early, lost out on those wages and came home to wait. HE NEVER SHOWED UP AND NEVER CALLED TO SAY HE WASNT COMING! We finally called him and was told he wasnt going to come yesterday and was just going to show up today. So, the Goyette employee finally shows up today. He comes into the house, checks the breaker box, tells us IT IS NOT AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE, told us to CALL A WELL COMPANY and left. We then had to call around to various well companies. THANK GOD, one could come out today. He actually went into the crawl space, checked and discovered it was the PRESSURE SWITCH. He replaced it and then informed us that this could have easily been replaced by Goyette.

After recently purchasing a house in the area I have had some periodic plumbing issues (Built in the 30s). Goyette has been extremely responsive to my time frames and needs, and their technicians are top tier. I had an instance where another plumbing company in the area broke a pipe in my house, and was refusing to cover the cost. Goyette stepped up to the plate, worked with me to hold the company responsible, performed the repair and got everything back up running ASAP, all while working with them regarding the billing! This a great company with great people and my first choice for any needed service.

Wonderful experience with Goyette. I have used their electricians, plumbers, A/C and Furnace guys. They are on time, professional, courteous, friendly....and take the time to explain whats wrong and what it is gonna cost to fix the problem. Over the course of 6weeks, I had a nightmare with plumbers, carpenters and electricians who said they knew how to do the job. I had to call Goyette to fix the other guys mess. Thank you Goyette for everything. What a difference in quality of work. The old saying...you get what you pay for....Goyette is worth every penny!!!!

It was a great pleasure working with the crew of Goyette Mechanical. Mark & Matt was extremely friendly and courteous. They thought of every detail and continued to impress me as the job went on. I really like it when somebody takes pride in their work, and they sure did. The workmanship was beyond impressive. They worked on my house like it was their own and I place great value on that. I will certainly be counting on Goyette Mechanical for all my heating, plumbing, and electrical needs in the future. I was just so impressed with the work I cannot even tell you.

I just had about the best experience a person could have with getting a problem solved quickly. We had just come home from an extended vacation to find that we had hardly any water pressure. I wound up calling Goyette and they had their tech at my home at 8:00AM the next morning. The tech, Jesse, was polite, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He got the problem fixed right away. We had a late call around 1030 tonight due to no heat and furnace not running properly. I called and a tech was out within an hour. Tim did a great job!! Not only did he fix the furnace, but took time to explain what he was checking and why and what we needed to look for. Very professional and VERY kind and courteous. Our new furnace and air conditioner was installed very professionally. They protected the carpeting while carrying in parts and taking out the old and cleaned up after themselves and even gave pointers to re-route our furnace humidifier. They arrived on time and finished in less time than we were told. We are extremely satisfied and recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I had an emergency issue with a tree limb pulling the conduit that connects the power line to my meter virtually off my house - it was just dangling there and very dangerous. John at Goyette made it out to my house that morning and took care of the problem. He was great to work with and I thought the pricing was very good. Thanks John and Goyette for the great service!

Had Goyette come out to my home to take a look at my Fireplace. They were at my home for no more than 20 mins and charged me $106.00. I have heard that this company it notorious for overcharging its customers. I would never recommend this company to anyone, your better off using Holland or some other company for your heating and cooling needs.

Goyette installed a new furnace with central air in 2010 the furnace runs all the time trying to heat the house and the central air dont work at all,One of there techs came out put freon in it and said it had a leak and he would return the next day to find the leak he never showed back up thats been a year.Terrible service.

Ryan came out to fix our furnace on a cold Sunday and had it working in less than 20 minutes. To top it off he actually was nice!! These days I feel like people dont care about customer service, however, Ryan was beyond exceptional. I will definitely recommend to friends, thank you!

WE HAD AIR CONDITIONING AND FURNACE INSTALLED THE NEXT DAY AFTER KAMERON WILLIAMS CAME OUT FOR A QUOTE. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE INSTALLERS, TIM AND JOB WERE EXCELLENT AND DID A GREAT JOB. ALL IN ALL WE ARE 100% PLEAASED WITH GOYETTE AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had them come out for a clean and check on my furnace because it was running loud. The tech found the issue and fixed it and he said it was part of the clean and check. So much nicer not having to turn the TV up when the furnace comes on!

They came out to fix my boiler, charged outrageous prices, $50 bucks to bring a part to my house, and tried to charge me for the parts guys time when he got stuck in the snow!
