So, over the weekend my refrigerator started acting up. I knew I would need to call Monday and set up an appointment but knew that any chance of getting service Monday was pretty much out of the question. At about 7:50am Monday morning I looked up the number for Triple A Service out of Howell Mi. Now I was thinking no one would be in until 8:00 to take calls but google says they are open 24/7… lol yep, I laughed and figured ya, voice mail maybe, but no one to talk to… But curiosity got me and I went ahead and tried the number. Well let me say this, I was wrong… Someone picked up the phone, how wonderful. But that was only the beginning of the wonderful…. For you see this lady that answered, who I now know as Karen, was wonderful as well… She took my call, listens to my dilemma, got me on the schedule for Tuesday and made things clear and simple to understand. Karen is the person you want answering the phone for everything and every place you need to call customer service, ya she was that good…. Later in the day, Triple A called and said they could be out in the afternoon, perfect. The tech showed up. Matt Listened to my trouble and went right to work finding the problem. It did not take long and we had an answer… Matt was great and too made things clear and easy to understand…. So to Karen, thank you for being so amazing and starting my week out on a much better note. For everyone else, Triple A Service should be your first call for repairs…

I have relied on the AAA Service Network for over 10 years now. Over this span of time, I have depended on them to repair my old air conditioner, install a new air conditioner, repair my washer and dryer multiple times, install a whole house dehumidifier, fix my furnace, and install a new kitchen faucet. There is nothing these guys cant do. They always show up when they say they will, always call ahead to give you a heads up before they arrive, always arrive with a smile and always deal with me in an honest and fair manner. They stand behind their repairs and if a repair doesnt hold up, they will make it right with you. They always try to come out the same day I call them, but if they cant make it, they are always here the next day. These guys are thorough when they investigate the cause of a malfunction, always take the time to explain the problem to me, and explain how they feel the problem ought to be fixed. I know that this sounds too good to be true, but this is NOT one of those fake reviews. This company excels at what they do, because they truly desire to serve their customers, so that they will come back to them. You will be convinced after the very first time they take care of you. After that, you know that you are always in good hands with them.

I had an excellent service experience this week with AAA Service Network that i would like to share. Our washing machine stopped working. I called 4 different companies within proximity to my Ann Arbor residence but no one could come for at least 4 working days. I finally called AAA Service as a last ditch effort. The receptionist answered the phone by saying, "how can I make you smile today?". When I told her my problem and address, she got me an appointment within 48 hours and put me on a "stand by" waiting list in case they can for me in earlier. First thing on My appointment day, I received a call as promised and Justin, the service tech, was at my home, diagnosed my problem, and repaired my appliance within 1 hour. He was professional, efficient, and represented his company exceptionally well. He also told me of the other services AAA provides. Make no mistake,. I will use them again in every capacity I can!

Felt compelled to write this. The technician was fine and did the job in a professional manner. The pricing in my opinion was nothing short of price gouging. Now obviously I could have not accepted the estimate and paid the $49 call fee and replaced it myself. Not the point though. I feel a company which is local and been in business for quite a while should serve the community fairly. The blower wheel in my Maytag dryer needed to be replaced. A $30 part, easily accessed at the front of the machine. 30 minutes labor at most. Charge $243,bogus and highway robbery in my opinion. Even with 100% mark up for part to $60, that is $180 labor which equates to $360 labor cost per hour. Thats crazy and leaves a very negative opinion of what this company is all about

It seems that good customer service is rare these days. So, what a pleasant surprise it was to work with AAA Service Network. From the initial call re. my warranty work order to the appointment to fix the issue it was a terrific experience. We were told what to expect (call in AM plus shortly before arrival). We received the calls (welcomed reminders) and Justin was really great. He was timely in assessing our issue, getting the parts we needed and coming back to install them. Kudos to everyone we dealt with and I know who I will be calling for appliance work in the future!

We had AAA Service Network install a new AC unit, furnace, water heater and the tank for our water softener. Needless to say it was a large expense, but we felt confident in the company and their outstanding service reputation. Since that time, weve had them come out for regular maintenance on the units and even appliance repair (for our fridge, washer, AND dryer). Every time Im so impressed with the quality of work and the time the techs take to explain things and show us how things work. I couldnt be happier with their service- truly top notch!

Air conditioner quit last summer. Everything about the diagnosis, installation and scheduled service has been Top Notch & professional. Only complaint I have is the quote process although I think this is probably standard in the industry. You must accept the offer on the spot -or- pay the service fee and forego any temporary repair that might be available. This means you accept the offer or suffer in the heat (good thing this did not occur in winter). No chance to competitively quote so I dont even want to know if, and how much, I overpaid.

This is a dependable and high quality organization to work with. That is tough to find in the home services company. They stand behind their work! The reason I know this is from experience. The best way to know if an organization is honest and trustworthy is when something does not go as planned. I had something that did not go as planned with an electrician from AAA Network and once I was connected to the owner, Ed Copp, it was resolved very quickly! I tell everyone I encounter, if they need home services they have to call AAA Network!

I am very impressed with AAA Service Network. They came out quickly and were very good with scheduling and follow-up to see if I was happy with the completed job. My dishwasher problem required multiple visits and Kyle did a great job in trouble shooting the problem. Karen in customer service was very helpful checking on my satisfaction with the service visits. This is a very competent company with a great amount of professionalism and accountability to be sure customers are satisfied. Thank you AAA Service Network, Inc. !!!
