Our family experienced a circuit failure that effected our microwave, our cook top and our water softener. We called TriStar Electrical early Friday morning and described our situation on their voice mail system. We received a call back later that morning indicating that they can come over before noon the same day. The owner, Steve showed up promptly and listened to our situation and began a diagnosis search on the circuit. He made sure that everything that led up to the bad circuit was working correctly and then identified the where the failure occurred. He had to dissemble a light fixture and then cut a small hole in our ceiling (the light fixture will cover the hole) so that he could reach a junction box. Inside the box, several wires had separated from the wire nuts and he quickly made adjustments, used new wire nuts and put everything back together. Everything worked out and he was cordial and professional. OK, now the monster bill (same day work, emergency call, ladder work, etc.) Well, he presented us with a very reasonable priced and fair invoice for the work he did. He cleaned up the work site, said thank you and said to call TriStar for any future electrical work. He will be my first call next time. Hopefully you will call TriStar Electrical first as well. We were completely satisfied with the workmanship and the price!

In my line of work, it is important to have a network of great contractors that you can trust. When my typical electrician was too busy to complete a "punchlist" of items on one of my listings, I took a name from another agent who does a lot of business in the area of the electrician that he uses. That guy gave us a price to complete the items, but when he went into the home to do the work, he did things he was never asked to do and he DIDNT do the things he was supposed to do. He almost cost us a closing on the home. I called Tri Star Electrical because I was in a bind and Steve came out the next morning to fix everything correctly and saved the day. These guys were outstanding, were very professional, and are now at the top of my list of trusted contractors!

I’m so glad we hired TriStar Electrical to install our home’s backup generator! We feel we got quality service at a good price. The three guys on the project worked hard all day, always friendly and professional (even outside in the cold weather). I appreciated that they kept me updated on the progress of the job throughout the day and gave me advance notice of when the electricity would be turned off. Knowing that I was concerned about running out of battery life on my laptop, they even provided me with an external power source so I could continue working. I love that they cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done! We will absolutely call TriStar again.

I call Tri Star at 10 in the morning and explain the situation. The receptionist was so understanding and got electrician to my home by 2. His name was Jerry and was so wonderful. He figured out the problem and fixed it. He also took the two me to talk to my dad about the war. These guys are GREAT! Detailed quotes provided. They arrived on schedule with a "heads-up" call first. Both electricians were knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. I felt very comfortable having them in my house. Upon completion of the projects, they cleaned up and removed all waste/garbage. I would use them again for any project requiring an electrician. In fact: they are already booked!

Jerry and his crew were willing to come out late in the afternoon and did an excellent job moving a ceiling light fixture and thermostat.
