Guy does great work. He was punctual and extremely effective at troubleshooting the problem. He also explained the malfunction to me in terms that I could easily understand. My particular electrical malfunction was so complex that the electric company had to be involved in the repair. I feared that I would be in the dark for quite a while which for me is a problem because if I dont have any electricity, I can’t work. Mr. Guy did NOT let that happen. He coordinated the repair with the electric company seamlessly. Over all, I was extremely impressed and would highly recommend SilverMoon Electric. I know I will call on them again if I ever have any electrical needs or repairs.

We have a travel trailer on property for the occasional visit to wonderful Lumpkin county. On the last trip - no power. When we got back home, we called Silver Moon and were up and running in short order. Not living in the area full time, its hard to know who to call, and its easy to be taken advantage of. Our problem was an easy fix - the recepticale had gone bad. A true sign of integrity. As fate would have it, Guy remembered being at the property 10+ years ago when the original power line was first connected. Great job then and now!

Emailed Silver Moon Electric, and received a reply within 12 hrs, we talked over the phone first about what I was needing and then Guy stopped by the next day to give me an estimated after visually looking at what I wanted, he made some great suggestions and quoted me a price. Very easy to work with and honest. He Shows up when he supposed too and communication well while working, along with A+ work.

I had a partial outage in my home. Guy responded quickly. Showed up when he said he would (imagine that? ;-) Diagnosed the problem & explained it to me in terms I could understand! He repaired the outlet that was the culprit in an extremely efficient, timely manner. I will always contact Silver Moon for any and all electrical problems I have in the future. We called Guy to give us an estimate on a transfer switch so that we could use a generator to power some of the electrical services in our house during power outages. He came out quickly, made a suggestion that was better than our original idea, and did the work professionally and quickly. Wed call Guy again for any electrical need!

Community Helping Place-We have used Silver Moon many times--always with great results. Most recently Guy resolved some troublesome problems with the stores electrical system and installed florescent lights in the main showroom. He is always courteous and professional as does his work.

Great service, I wrote Silvermoon electric at ten pm; at eight am the next day I got a call and at nine am Guy showed up to fix my light. It took about twenty minutes and looked a great, with the addition of no sparking. Any other time in the future ill call Silvermoon. Great job.
