I had reported several light fixture problems to our American Home Shield (AHS - insurance) service, and they assigned Electrical Service Pros to come check/fix. They phoned very quickly to set an appointment, and came out right on time. Phoned again when they were on the way. Very courteous and very much appreciated. They replaced the non-functioning switches. Changed out some other parts in the basement fluorescent units and got them working again. Told me exactly what any extra parts and charges would be. One light could not be repaired, so they sourced a replaced fixture, called back with estimate, then returned today to finish the job. Really polite, professional and nice. Father/son team. Good with my dogs too (one of which can be intimidating). If I need any electrical work in the future - these guys will be the first ones I call.

My home warranty program sent these guys over to check out a tripped circuit on 5-8-13. We had previously had a leak in our house and were concerned about the mix of water and electricity. David and his coworker were very professional, friendly, and respectful. They wore covers over their boots in my home without being asked. They fixed the problem and looked to make sure there were no other lingering issues. I wish every experience with a contractor was this pleasant and easy. I would definitely hire these guys for bigger jobs if I had the work to offer them. We havent had any electrical issues since theyve left, but if we can I will be hiring this crew again. You can rest easy if youve selected this company.

The office staff (Leny and Jennifer) and technician (Glen) that worked with me were very professional and helpful. I live out of state and had to have an outlet fixed in my rental property. Leny and Jennifer stayed in contact with me throughout the scheduling process. They were pleasant, prompt and professional, both before and after the services were provided. Glen was also courteous, professional, and efficient in his work and in answering my additional questions after the work had been done. He also went beyond the call of duty, not only repairing the outlet but fixing an issue created by the faulty outlet as well. I strongly recommend Electrical Service Professionals, Inc.

We were visited by Glen and Joe from Electrical Service Pros, Inc this morning to fix an electrical issue thats been plaguing our family for a few days. I was pleasantly surprised when they called to inform me of their eta before their arrival. Once they arrived, on time at 7am, they were curteous, knowledgeable and fully equipped to complete the job. This was very important since I was short on time due to work obligations. Furthermore, they were fair in their pricing and advised me with our insurance company. I would highly recommend Electrical Service Pros, Inc to other customers for their electrical service needs.

Yes definitely they are really Pros, at the last minute I received a call from my partner notifying me about a city inspection going on at our business place, when I arrived I noticed all EXIT lights were not coming on. I know is a city requirement so I called Electrical Service Pros Inc. they transfer me to George (Jorge) who immediately (45 min later) arrived to my placed and fixed my problems. And thats really professional. that is why I am recommending them to anyone who needs pro and friendly service. I mean it. Gracias Jorge en serio me solucionaste. te lo agradezco.

Super!!!! I cant say enough good things about this visit. I too had ESP sent to my home through my home warranty. David visited the same morning I called in my problem. He fixed everything perfectly and knew exactly what was wrong and what to do. He worked patiently to get everything back in order and the price was very fair. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up quickly. I will definitely call this company again if I ever have an electrical problem.

home warranty company sent these guys and I didnt have a great experience. 2 guys came to our home, told us they fixed something they didnt fix and here I am a week later with a new electrician, who has also confirmed they did nothing when they came. my circuit panel was literally sparking and these guys acted like they didnt even hear it - I wish Id had the same experience others had - they put out home in real danger

Great Service! Chris and George found the problem quickly and re-ran a new wire through complex walls and studs with minimal disruption.
