Vedder responded immediately to an electrical problem I was having in my kitchen. Problem wound up being in an external generator panel which had tripped beakers due to the main panel tripping because of a short. Jeff at Vedder spent fifteen minutes trying to talk me through any of the obvious problems it might have been and sent me on my way. I eventually gave up and called them to come out and take a look. I figured itd be a couple of days or even weeks before they could take a look but 45 minutes later Bill was standing at my door. Bill was knowledgable and professional and solved my problem in a matter of minutes. He also took the extra time to finish installing several GFIs Id been installing and cleaned up the mess Id made. Bottom line is that Vedder was helpful, professional, knowledgable and got the job done right when I called them for help. I would definitely go back to them and recommend them to others.

Theyre on State Street in Ann Arbor, but wont service the west side of Canton which is 20~25 minutes away from their office. Yet, theyll service the Saline and Ypsilanti areas, which are also 20~25 minutes away from their office. Disappointing since they seem to be a well respected business.
