DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE !!! I would give these people a -5 if it was an option. They came for a home warranty repair of a front porch ceiling fan. Technician came several hours ahead of expected appt but it was a friday and it was obvious he only wanted to go home early and start his weekend. He didnt look at anything and handed me a pink piece of paper saying he would check to see if it was covered on my warranty and then get back to me. Never heard from him again. Then I get a bill from warranty company for his visit and I call them and say "he never did a thing and promised to get back to me and never heard from him". So they set up for them to come back. Electric Plus calls to set up the appt and they want to come immediately (again this is a friday afternoon) and I say not on a Friday and try to tell her that I want another technician and why. She repeatedly cuts me off and wont listen to me or confirm that they will send a different technician. Instead she gets nasty and when I tell her that she doesnt need to be so nasty, she tells me that I should have the work order transferred to another company. WOW ! A company that cares would have wanted to hear why a customer didnt want a particular tech to come back so that if he isnt doing his job, they can correct him ...not this company. Bad experience all the way around. My recommendation would be to look for a different electrician company. May home warranty company needs to check out these reviews. Seems like they get a 1 consistently :( and I am not alone in thinking this company is awful.

Dont waste your time with this company. I was told on a Monday that the contractor would call me within 48 hours to schedule my official appointment. That never happened. I had to hunt them down three days later and call them myself to schedule my appointment. Was told they would come between 10-5pm the next day, which required me to have to work from home the entire day waiting for them. Around noon, when no one had showed up yet, or called, I called their office back. The receptionist ASSURED me that someone would be at my house between 3-5pm. That, of course, never happened. Tried calling their office at 5 to see if someone was even still coming, and of course theyre already closed. Tried calling the contractors cell number, and the line consistently goes dead after waiting on hold for several minutes. The contractors finally showed up at 6:30, an hour and a half late, no phone call, and no apology for being late. They acted like nothing was even wrong. Told them I got tired of waiting for them and Id be looking for a more reliable company to help us out. Had they bothered picking up the phone an hour and a half before, they couldve saved themselves the trip. Simply put, professionalism and common courtesy dont seem to be all that important to this company. If you cant rely on someone to do something as simple as show up when they say theyre going to show up, then how in the hell can you rely on them to know how to fix a garage door? Just glad I never had to give them a cent of my money.

It is a shame that I have to give this terrible company any stars at all. They called immediately after I filed my warranty claim to set up service which I thought was a good sign. They offered me an appointment on Thursday 12-5. I had to work so I set up an appointment on Friday 8-11. At 1030 Friday morning I called to make sure they were coming as I had not gotten a call and was told that the appointment was 12-5 not 8-11. When I began to explain that they had made a mistake and that I had to work and could not be home 12-5 they yelled at me told me I had a bad attitude and put me on hold before I could finish my sentence. Then, the same woman (who was still on the line when I was speaking to someone else) yelled at me again and called me bipolar (while she was the one screaming and yelling). Then, they refused to come out to fix the garage door. I called the warranty company to file a formal complaint and requested that this company be removed from their service list. I also have a recording of the call where she screamed at me and called me names and where I did not yell at her at all as she claims. My next step will be to file a Better Business Bureau report and place as many online reviews as possible to warn people about this company. It is no wonder that every other review of this company is bad

My home warranty company assigned Electric Plus to fix my garage door. The technician insisted it could only be fixed by installing a pulley system not covered by my home warranty and I paid out of pocket $325. The service was completed in May and a short six months later (November), a cable installed by the technician fell off the door - not broken or damaged, just literally fell to the ground. I was told over the phone that this company "guarantees" their work, however when the technician showed up he told me they wouldn’t guarantee this cable and that I would owe $180 in "labor." Over half the cost of the initial installation! I complained and the technician called the owner who said he could fix it for a “reduced cost” of $100. What a scam! The cable (the exact cable that fell off) was reattached in less than 5 minutes - and was clearly a workmanship issue. During the course of our interaction, the technician also refused to provide me with the owner’s name and phone number. What legitimate business owner is not willing to speak directly with a customer or have his named shared? In over 10 years with my home warranty company, they have never sent me a repair business that did not guarantee their work, both parts and workmanship. I would rate this company with zero stars if that were an option. Beware!

The service had to be scheduled six times. The first time, they said they would come between noon and 4pm. At 11:00am I got a phone call saying they were at my house and asking that I came home. I said I could not leave work and that the appointment was not until noon, and they left and told me to re-schedule. On the second visit they came and looked at the door and everything was fine. On the third visit they also said they would come between noon and 4:00pm. They called at 10:00am to say they were on their way so my significant other rushed home, yet they did not show up until 11:30am. Finally, the person broke a lightbulb in the garage. They replaced it and picked up the larger pieces but they did not tell us, and we found out by finding glass all over our garage and seeing that there was a different bulb on the ceiling. The actual garage door repair seeed satisfactory but broke again twice and they had to come back to fix different things. 2 days after their last visit the ENTIRE system fell off of the ceiling. We scheduled 2 more appointments. The first one between 11:00am and 3:00pm. They did not even call to say they were on their way until 3:45 pm and they would not be arriving until 5:00pm. The second one was between 12:00pm-5:00pm and they did not come until 5:40 om. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!
