These guys came to my house to do an estimate on a Monday morning. Said theyd get back with me with a quote later in the week. 8 days go by before I call THEM and get their home-brewed automated phone system. NOONE answers the phone for the first four extensions I try(pressing 0 just makes the menu repeat itself). When I finally get someone, they dig up the service report, and tell me no issues found. No quote was listed for the work I wanted completed. The guy said hed have to talk to the tech and call me back. To say Im unimpressed is putting it mildly. 108v under load on what is supposed to be a 120v circuit?(measured 121.6 at idle) Two words - FIRE HAZARD. (At one point when the tech was here, he told me to make sure my insurance was paid up)

Called asked if they give free quotes. The gentleman on the phone asked what I needed done and quoted me over the phone. I tried to schedule an appointment but the boss was driving, said he would call me back when he got back to the office. I waited, he never called me back, I called him back the next day! Finally scheduled an appt to do the work, Tech shows up and says this is going to cost you WAY more then what you were quoted! He says OVER $500 more than original quote but said it is not an "offical quote" and their boss would call me back later with an exact quote and to reschedule the appt. I never heard back from them! Do not recommend this company!
