I had a terrific and satisfying first time experience with Positive Electric today. Ive had past unhappy experiences with various Dayton area service providers and am leery of calling for assistance unless I absolutely have to, but when I do I prefer to use local providers when possible. The Technician, Matt, was prompt and immediately reviewed and assessed the situation. He performed trouble shooting of the electrical system, identified and confirmed the problem and quickly repaired the problem. Service was at all times, professional, friendly and efficiently completed with the least amount of inconvenience and priced fairly. Matt spent the extra time to review associated electrical components and essentially tuned up the main service panel which will certainly assure the same kind of problem doesnt recur. I reviewed BBB comments and Goggle reviews. I would not hesitate to use the service again and I highly recommend Positive Electric based on my experience.

One of your drivers was too distracted on his phone and talking to the other passenger and almost ran into me. Then he proceeded to flick me off and and laugh, although he didnt see me and almost hit me in the big truck. Then, I tried calling the office to report the reckless driver and how I was flicked off and the front desk person Amanda hung up on me. Then when I called back, she said I hung up and screamed at me. The say "have a blessed day" on the voicemail claiming to be Christians. Well let me tell you something, Christians dont flick people off when they almost hit someone because they are distracted driving. Also, Christians dont rudely hang up on you. Never use this company, ever!!

Had a problem with a panel circuit breaker that kept tripping connected to some wall sockets even though there was no excessive load. Positive Electric came and replaced a GFCI that was on the circuit stating that it "was bad". The next day the problem was back again. When I had time I actually found that the problem was a different faulty socket, not the GFCI they replaced. They didnt even look for another cause and charged us $165 for a new GFCI that was not needed. They basically took a guess at what was wrong and missed. Also, I left specific instructions to replace the panel breaker which they did not do. Cannot recommend and will not use again.
