These guys are very legit and have proven themselves multiple times! They responded quickly when we reported that the power was fluctuating in our house, and they fixed the breaker. Later on, when the power started fluctuating again, they took all the initiative to figure out for us what the problem was. They figured out it was the neutral wire in our meter and they helped me understand what that meant in very easy to understand words. Then, they not only showed up on the appointed day to fix the meter, but they even showed up early to get some of the prep work done so that when the power got shut off to the house (which is required for that kind of work on the meter) it would be turned off as little of time as possible. And that impressed me that they really, genuinely cared about my experience of their job. Not only that, but theyre just dang kind people! I always like it when I get to work with them, and I can definitely trust my house to their care.

5.0 star rating 1/7/2017 They did the electrical for our new construction custom house in Dunwoody. Everything was done perfectly, quickly and neatly. The electrical panels were done so well that even the building inspector was impressed. He wanted to know who did the installation. He said that he had never seen a breaker box that wired so neatly. We had a couple of GFCIs that were acting up after we moved in. Arc Angel was quick to come in take care of the situation. They did such a great job that I used them to do the electrical for my business build-out as well. Happy customer......wont use another electrical company.

Our experience was fantastic! In todays environment too few individuals possess a sense of pride and/or willing to accept the responsibility to see that a task is completed correctly; well ARC Angel Electric has come through for us. They take care of each task in a professional and orderly fashion. The employees at ARC Angel Electric (specifically Matt Mihalek, Justin Beavers, Nathan Edmondson) are dedicated, knowledgeable and always perform toward achieving perfection. I would not be too surprised that the employees at ARC Angel Electric could nail Jell-O to a wall should they be given the task.

I never take the time to review any company or service that I receive, but Arc Angel was so great to deal with that I decided to write a review. Seth and Javier were right on time and provided a quick and fair quote. Their work was quick, clean, and professional. They made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed before leaving. Communication from Matt and the office staff was great both before and after the job was done, as they checked to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else next time I have any electric work needs.

Justin came out to give us an estimate and help diagnose a few problems we were having at my commercial office building. There level of professionalism was top notch from start to finish. I also used this company at my personal home as well to replace all my outlets, do some troubleshooting, and change some fixtures. They took care of everything and the pricing was fair. Skilled, honest, courteous and fair rates. Have used Arc Angel twice and I will use no others. Both calls were because of problems - one due to bad original wiring the other due to varmits in the attic chewing on wires. Both times the diagnosis was fast and accurate and not puffed up with fake expenses. They are the best! Had a whole new panel installed most recently and they were so patient as I asked questions and didnt mind that I watched some of the work. So thankful for honest companies - so hard to find.

Justin and James from Arc Angel installed a chandelier in my dining room, replaced a light over my wet bar and replaced a lighting fixture in kitchen with 5 can lights. The work was quality and they got it done very quickly and made sure to not leave a mess behind and were 20 minutes early from the window I was given. They were very courteous, helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly. Very pleasant experience, I would definitely recommend Arc Angel to anyone needing any electrical work done.

I submitted a request through their website to get a quote for installing a 240-volt outlet in my garage to charge an electric car. They promptly replied and explained the process, said to respond to the e-mail if I needed to set up an appointment. They came and provided a quote right away. Since the addition required a permit and inspection, they took care of pulling the permit and even scheduled the inspection once the outlet was installed. Everything was done quickly and with no issues.

I had one bedroom that had electrical issues. Only one out of four outlets was safe to use. Arc Angel techs came to evaluate and gave a very reasonable rate to fix the issues. I agreed with their price quote and they began work right then. They were very friendly and professional. Did the job quickly and I have not had any electrical issues with that room since, that was about 3 years ago . I would definitely call them again if I need electrical work done.

I dont know if these other reviews are real. Surprised to be writing this as the others seem to be very positive. Someone came to my house we discussed the job and I was told they would write up a quote. Day 5 and I have yet to hear anything. I went with a competitor that actually found the time to give me a quote and do the work. Hate to leave a bad review, but dont want someone else wasting their time like I did.

Had Arc Angel come out to install new circuit breaker for a new microwave. They arrived on time and were extremely friendly and courteous. Pricing was upfront and fair. They cleaned up all of their work and left the place as they found it. I would highly recommend them and we have found our new electricians for any work that we will need in the future.
