What a great company. They were able to schedule my work within a week of contacting them. Becky from the front office was very friendly and helpful. She kept me up to date on everything. Tom came out the next day to provide an estimate and walk me through all the work. On the day of the service, Tom and Serge arrived on time and did a very professional job. I have already recommended them to my neighbor who needs electrical work. I highly recommend WireWorks and will definitely use them in the future. It is nice to find a company that is friendly and treats you like family.

Just had an emergency repair done by Wireworks and wanted to get straight on the computer to praise them. From the young lady who answered the phone (Becky I think) to the two electricians who answered the call (Tom and Sergei) everyone was fast, courteous, patient (I always have lots of questions) and most of all, professional. Considering that I was looking to having power out for a couple of days I was back up and running in less than two hours. Love these guys.

Fantastic group. Provided excellent customer service over the phone and came out on Saturday even though theyre closed on Saturdays. The person on the phone let me send her pictures so that they knew what parts they needed ahead of time. It turned out that the problem was a super easy fix. They fixed it and showed us how to fix it ourselves in the future. A great experience all together! I will definitely use this place again!

Very quick turn around and expert diagnoses. Extremely helpful and thorough and will take the time to explain your issue and how it will be resolved. If you have any electrical issues Tom will get you taken care of. Hands down the best customer experience I have ever had!

The guys at Wire Works are great! Theyve been able to do a range of tasks for us, including installing a chandelier in a two-story entrance and smaller tasks like replacing outlets. Theyre efficient and courteous. Id highly recommend their services.
