The first job Reliable did was upgrading a fuse box to a circuit breaker. The job was fine and they told us that the inspection with the city was the next day and that we could call the city in the morning to know what time they would come and there was no way to know ahead of the morning, so I took the whole day off work. That morning when I called the city they said that Reliable had never called them. When I called Reliable they told me that they hadnt gotten it scheduled and sorry that they hadnt called. I had to take another day off work and schedule the inspection myself. It was very frustrating. Then today I scheduled an appointment at 4PM for them to come out to quote work on a kitchen. At 418PM a reliable electric marked vehicle pulled up, they put a business card on the door without knocking or ringing the bell and drove off. I was sitting in my living room and saw the whole thing. I took off work early to be home for the 4PM appointment because they said they couldnt do any later on any day. I tried to run out after the car but it was gone. I called the Reliable Electric office and they gave me the cell phone of the guy who was coming out, but he didnt answer. When I called the office back they said "it doesnt sound like him" and offered to reschedule. I declined and told them I would get a different electrician. They are not very reliable and I would not recommend them for anyone looking for an electrician.

Many times today when you work with a business, the people and service that are delivered are average at best. For the past several years, I have had the fortunate opportunity in working with the team of people at Reliable Electric. This organization is very fortunate to have the depth of people they do in terms of knowledge and service. I have been very happy with not only their level of work but the service they provide. The team always goes above and beyond. We have worked with a few different team members who were always so kind and willing to go the extra mile. I value local business and partnerships. It feels good to have a local organization that you can trust and call upon when as a home and business owner, you dont have to worry about Reliable Electric being able to fix the problem. I am grateful to call them friends and partners. Most often we only hear what has gone wrong and not has what gone right. I would highly recommend Reliable Electric and their team of people. Reliables team completely rewired and upgraded the electric in my detached garage (built in 1953). They certainly exceeded my expectations, and while they were at it, did the preliminaries for some outside lanterns flanking the garage door that werent part of the original plan. I also ended up with an electrical outlet on my patio (something Id wanted for a LONG time, but again--not part of the original plan) because routing the wiring for it solved some problems for them, and gave me an unexpected bonus. I would certainly recommend Reliable to anyone. They were there on time, completed the project in less time than expected, did a brilliant job, and gave me some ideas and solutions I hadnt even considered. I give them five stars; Id give them six if it were an option.

I wanted to add a GENERAC Total Home Generator system with Wireless Status Update Functionality to my home. Reliable Electric was who I chose for the task. From start to finish they were Professional, Empathetic towards my work schedule and Timely. They organized with the plumber (For Natural Gas Side of Things) and organized the utility certification checks after job was complete. They made sure I knew what was going on at every check point. They followed-up when they said they would. All I had to do was sit back, relax and let them do what they do best. I will be a return customer for sure. I give Reliable Electric an A+ all the way around.

The office staff that answered my call was helpful and friendly. They were able to send out a technician the next day to solve a problem that was not an emergency. Matt Combs was the service tech. He called early to give me a window of when he would arrive. He was on time, courteous and efficient. He diagnosed my problem quickly and had everything in his truck needed to fixed it. He worked outside on a very cold day and was cheerful the whole time. The cost was reasonable and I would definitely call them again for future work.

Called them to service a commercial building that needed immediate attention. I was told they would be right out. Never showed. Called again and was given a specific time and date. Never showed then claimed it rained that day (weather forecast was cloudy, no rain). Rescheduled again, 8 days after the last cancellation and 15 days after the initial call. No show. Claimed that they didnt have the proper equipment to do the job. What a joke. Maybe their name is there for comedic relief, because they are far from Reliable.

From the office staff setting up what I needed to finishing the project, I found everyone positive, helpful and professional. They made sure my schedule was accommodated, explained all of the work that was needed and executed it efficiently. My home was respected and they cleaned up as they went along. I have had them back and will continue to use their services for small jobs like switching out old fixtures to updating the whole box if needed. great job!

I hired them for 2 projects: added additional outlets in basement, and most recently I had them replace 200A panel. Service was outstanding. Prompt, professional, friendly. Woody and Jake did an outstanding job replacing the panel and answering all my questions. I could not be happier with Jakes patient and meticulous work in wiring the panel - it looks great! I highly recommend Reliable Electric and will use them again if (when) I need an electrician.

One of the first electricians that will do an overview of your needs. They ask questions and answer why or why not a certain way of doing things are unsafe, under powered...need more watt/volt. I had a very unique need not something they do every day so it took a little longer and different guys coming out. But it turned out just what I wanted and zero problems with my needs. I called Reliable because I needed help wiring my dishwasher and installing a 220V outlet for my stove. They were able to get two techs out the next day which was a huge relief since I was in a time crunch. The guys did great work and I thought the rate was really reasonable. I would absolutely use Reliable Electric again and would recommend them to everyone I know.
