I took a gamble coming here. I normally go to luckys salon in canton. Well I chose to come to fantastic sams yesterday. I showed my stylist a picture of the hair cut I wanted. I asked her if she felt she could achieve the cut, she said yes. She cut my hair and did not blow dry it so I did not really see the final result. It looked really short compared to the picture but I gave her the benefit of the doubt because my hair was a curly mess. I went home to wash and blow dry my hair. The end result was AWFUL. I have layers everywhere, some that are only 2 inches long.which you can imagine would look awful with the rest of my hair being 15+ inches. It was an awful experience through and through. Now I have to pay even more money tomorrow to get it fixed at luckys. I would advise people to stay away from this place.

Just horrible. Went in for an balayage and ended up with an unblended ombré that was super brassy. Called to complain and manager said they could only offer me half off of my next visit. I then said I will never be returning again and manager said it wasnt her problem. Worst service ever avoid at all costs

Worst experience ever. This place made me want to stop getting my hair cut in a salon. The lady was rude and acted like she didnt want to be there. She kept saying how bad my hair looked and the cut I wanted would look terrible on me. She proceeded to refuse to cut my hair and we left.

The store has convenient hours. There are quite a few stylists. Im usually very satisfied with my haircuts. The cuts include washing your hair. Its $17, but you can often find coupons or they are emailed to you as a customer. Im very satisfied with this salon.

I had highlights and a trim with side bangs done here. Joanna was my stylist. She did an excellent job on both! Im usually nervous about getting anything done to my hair, but she did a great job. Will definitely be back to have her touch them up. Thankyou!

Worst experience Ive had at a salon. No one was friendly. I left the salon with my hair back in a ponytail because she dry cut my wazy hair and it was a frizzy mess by the time she was finished. I was honestly embarrassed to leave a salon looking that way.

Nice, clean and friendly. This is the only place I go for my hair needs. If I am considering something new and I describe kind of what I want, they always get it right. Highly recommended!

The place we clean. Not many customers. The lady who cut my hair smelled strongly of cigarettes. It was hard to sit there. She was nice, but smelly. I wont go back.
