Not Impressed. Diaper rashes, neglect, poor parent communication... DONT BOTHER. Dont come here if you expect them to honor your signed rate agreement. Theyll just kick you out without asking you to sign a new agreement once they change the policy. Then when you ask to talk to management theyll agree at first but then say theyre not going to be available to talk, without even apologizing for the fact that they were in the wrong! This daycare is convenient because its inside a Becker neighborhood so if you live in the area, its basically a two minute drive. That was the only thing that attracted me to it, however, I chose another daycare because Red Balloon took at least 6 months to return my call. I guess they were scouting for kids and needed new business so I then became worthwhile to them. Woop. Anyway, my son was going to this daycare occasionally because my mom watches him during the week. They were sort of a back up. As long as I gave them a weeks notice, I could pay for one or two days of care the following week. I tried doing this for awhile because I wanted my son to socialize with other kids but two times they showed neglect. Once he came home with a terrible diaper rash and the other time I was told they had been letting him scream for a half hour until I arrived. When I got home he drank his whole bottle so obviously he had been hungry. I wasnt a fan but kept them around. Now they called to ask me to pick up my childs items and I asked if I needed to bring new things and they said sure if hes going to keep coming. Then they kind of told me that I couldnt come back because under new management drop in care was not going to be a thing anymore and I had to commit to two days a week every week if I wanted to keep my child there. I expressed my concern with how I didnt receive notification prior to today and they said they emailed some parents and didnt have my email (but obviously they had my phone number). They obviously didnt know how to respond and they just used as an excuse that they are all still trying to adjust, but it seems pretty basic to me to pick up a phone and let me know that under new conditions I was no longer welcome to bring my child. Im not going to bring my child back regardless because I dont trust them and it seems that both the old and new management do not know how to be professional or caring. I wouldnt recommend at all. All they care about is making more money, but after this experience, ILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE HEARS ABOUT HOW SHAMEFULLY THEY TREAT KIDS AND PARENTS.

My daughter absolutely loves going to daycare every day. This was only the second daycare we have ever sent our kids to, but we are very pleased with how things have been going. There have recently been quite a few changes including no more half day tuition rates, and requiring a 4 week schedule ahead of time, but overall all the changes worked out fine for our family. Communication is primarily email based unless it is something serious or urgent, which has worked out great for us. The staff has always been awesome and friendly, and they address any issues with us right away. I definitely feel at ease sending my kids here every day, and would highly recommend it.

The teachers and curriculum have been fantastic. We were also attracted to their flexible scheduling, especially since my wife is a teacher. However, the new owner has made many changes to the policies despite the fact that management said there wont be any changes. We were told we were "grandfathered" in which turned out to be a lie. Instead they continue to make sudden changes with little or no notice to parents. Their idea of communication is to send out an email notifying parents of the change. They have took away half days and just recently decided that everyone must pay a full pro-rated weekly tuition whether or not you want to schedule a day.

Was looking great, not the case anymore. My wife and I started our child here thinking it was a nice place, now that I have been to other centers I see how wrong we were. There is a lack of security in a way that just any person can walk in the door and roam the building. Other places you need to be buzzed in which seems safer. Additionally they came under new ownership (or management?) And the started making a ton of changes without notification to parents. Eventually we were dropped because we no longer met the new requirements that they set. Bottom line: Unimpressed, hopefully someday a better center will be opened in Becker.
