My 3 year old child was enrolled in the facility in March 2009. On April 9, 2009 at 4:00pm I recieved a phone call from the director, Mrs. Graham stating that there had been an incident and that my child was being dismissed from the facility. She said that my child had picked up an infant and thrown him. I was shocked and immediately left work to handle the situation and pick him up from the facility. Upon arriving at the facility the director was seated up front with all of my sons supplies and my son who was in tears. After asking to know the details of what had occured, his teacher informed me that the children where walking in a line when my son had stepped out and pushed (not picked up and threw) a 1 1/2 student (not an infant) in the hallway. However, this paticular student happened to be a case being investigated by CPS, therefore my son was being dismissed to "protect him from reprecussions". If it had been any other child, my son would have been placed in the appropiate amount of time out and then reprimanded by me at home. However because it was a CPS case, my child was immediately dismissed. My 3 year old son does not know the difference between a child being investigated by CPS or any other child. After a lengthy conversation between my husband and Mrs. Graham, she admitted that she was not aware of all of the facts when she called to inform me of his dismissal otherwise he would not had been dismissed. I invested 465 dollars into this facility to have my child dismissed because a teachers miscommunication and a directors overreaction. I am disgusted and appalled at the way this facility handled what should have been a minor altercation between two toddlers.

My 3 girls were here from febuary to november 2012. They took really good care of them. My girls learned so much from up there, they are ages 1 2 and 3. At first like all kids they didnt want to go, after about a week they started wakeing up early and asking if they could go to daycare. My ex wife has them now and when ever they come down here or i take to them on the phone they always want to know if they can go to daycare. the people there always went above what they had to do. They helped me with things like their hair, im a guy i dont know how to take care of a little girls hair. They would take them to their house for the night every now and then if i had to work over night because of what i do. they loved my girls and treated them like they were their own. If i get my kids back and need to put them back in daycare this is the only place i will use.
