We live in Bloomington, but my husband makes the drive to Belle Plaine to bring our cars to Chad. Whenever the oil change place recommends some work, my husband checks with Chad first and he lets us know if the work is not really necessary. His labor rates are very reasonable, and as long as we call ahead, our car is ready the same day.

Chad is the best mechanic I´ve ever had in my long life. I have been using Chad for all my maintenance since 2008.I call, drive and have been towed to Belle Plaine whenever I have problems. Chad knows his stuff from econo boxes to high end performance vehicles and charges a fair price. You would do well giving him a try.

Ive been going to Chad for over 5 years now and have always been pleased with the work. Anything from normal PM to that mysterious noise, domestic or foreign, he can fix it. You can expect reasonable rates, timely repairs and honest service. – GR

Fair price and no surprises. Chad was up front and honest - I left with a feeling that he was going to take care of me personally. Bonus - the final price was lower than the estimate, and he fixed a couple of extra items per our agreement.

Dealerships have massive overhead, charge triple and tell you what they want you to spend. Chad will tell you what you actually need. He realizes that being trustworthy is the far better business model in the long run.
