Worst guest service I have ever experienced. The receptionist who was busy dealing with their coffee cup tried their best to ignore my existence right in front of them. It took me three tries of saying excuse me in order to catch her attention. After I caught her attention, she angrily handed me a paper to write my info. After I completed it, I handed it back to her and she told me to go and wait (the funny thing is that I was the only customer around and I could actually see the mechanics chilling and talking to each other). After waiting for about 20 minutes, I got angry and left.

My car was sent to ABRA by Progressives concierge service after being rear-ended. They failed to notice an extremely loud rattle. When another shop took a look at it, it turned out that they had managed to not notice that the left and center exhaust pipes were tweaked and a panel was cracked. I was also told that they probably scratched up a piece of glass when they pulled and replaced it. I would avoid ABRA if possible, and be careful if youre using the Progressive concierge service in Burnsville.
