My wife Judy and I have had an extremely positive and encouraging experience with Ham Lake Abra Body & Glass (also called Ham Lake Collision). Each employee we have had contact with went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable! You can trust them! Work was fine but they stole my Ipod and cord out of my center console when I confronted them the general manager became very rude and defensive and basically said I was a lier they are thieves and I will never do business with them again consumer beware!

I can not say enough about the excellent customer service I received from every person that I dealt with. And the repairs on my car were perfect. I would highly recommend this shop!
