When I got into an accident with only liability insurance, and MASSIVE damage I decided to do some serious research. I had the shop that picked up my car do an estimate (saying that they would match any cheaper estimate) and then started looking up nearby shops to see what kind of reviews they had. I called about 10 places with decent reviews. Almost half said they wouldnt give me an estimate on the phone, and many gave me cheaper estimates than the original shop, but not cheap enough. I had it down to 3 shops (including the one that had my car, but not great reviews) and these guys were by far the most accommodating and kind, and also said, theyd stick to the estimate. When they got my car and started working on it, they noticed that several parts that were quoted as broken, were in fact not, and a few that werent quoted, were. They not only fixed my car, but went completely out of their way to get the cheapest prices on every part and made this as affordable for me as possible. The level of service was outstanding and so, so trustworthy. I highly recommend this shop for all kinds of repairs.

I stopped in because my front fender was unattached and pushing out on a 2008 civic. This was my second stop for a quote; the first location quoted $950 and they were going to replace the whole fender. They said they want to guarantee their work and would only do quality repair work... I m ok with this approach but did not want to spend that kind of money. My 2nd stop was Collision Masters, and they took on the job of bolting the fender in place, working at $50 per hour. They tightened the fender in place for $20 and were done in about 15-20 minutes. Very happy with this type of service! To me this shows a company will take on work which is obviously not lucrative for them. You gotta love companies who will do honest work for the common man, as we do not always have an extra 1k to spend for simple repairs. I d definitely take my car back here for larger repair jobs, and would recommend the same to anyone. Excellent job!

Ive been to Collsion Masters twice during the past 5 months, due to some bad luck with my new cars bumper while backing up, and they did a fantastic job both times!! For the second fender-bender, I didnt claim it on my insurance and paid out of pocket, so I got a couple quotes, and Collision Masters came in lowest and I was very happy, since they did such an awesome job the first time. They gave me such a good deal, and John is so great to work with...Im glad I found this place, but hopefully I will not be having any fender benders for a very long time! Anyways, I recommend them highly if you ever need collsion work done!

I had my car repaired at Collision Masters in Crystal, and I will not trust my car to anyone else besides the friendly people at Collision Masters from now on. Everyone there was so helpful, especially John. He took such good care of me, making sure that I had a car to drive while mine was being repaired, and everything was finished in a timely matter and to the highest quality. Its like brand new all over again! I am so pleased with the great outcome, and the affordable price. It definitly made this scary experience a great one!

I was VERY impressed by the work these guys did on my BMW. My car was repaired with precision and care and came back looking better than it did before I was hit in the back. I hope I dont need body work any time in the near future, but when/ if the time comes, I will for sure get it done at Collision Masters.

John was a very nice guy, very affordable, did great work, and came back fairly fast once we brought the car in for damage repair. Only thing is that they were tough to get a hold of for updates, however that is understandable because they are busy working on my car! Great work!
