I showed The stylist the hairstyle i wanted, which was the classic comb over, & what I got was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the video of the hairstyle i showed her . After I urged her two or three times after she kept redoing it that it was not what I wanted she just urged me that it was my hairtype that wouldnt let me have the style i wanted, ALTHOUGH I WOULDVE LOVED TO HEAR THAT FROM THE BEGINNING BEFORE SHE CUT MY HAIR SHORTER TO TRY TO ACHIEVE THE LOOK I WANTED THAT SHE KNEW FROM THE START I COULDNT ACHIEVE WITH MY HAIR TYPE. Ultimately, I paid nearly 100 dollars (including products to get it into that "style") to look like I have a Damn rat on my head, not to mention that the right side of my hair looked like she wore a blindfold & snipped away at everything that couldve been there. Bottom line, DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! Their stylists are friendly & I liked the atmosphere but the haircut & styling itself was just absolutely dreadful, Stevie wonder can style my hair better than that salon ever could by ten fold.

The first appt they take the time to explain your face and what hairstyle works and how it should lay in relation to your face shape. Ive been going to some cheap "walk-in" places lately so I didnt look the best. It is amazing what a good haircut does. Ive got so many compliments on my new hairstyle. Really it was the same hairstyle I was going for at the cheap places but somehow it wasnt the same... I never got compliments before... People there were really nice. I think the hairstylists love their job and the customers. One hairstylist came and introduced himself when I was about done with my haircut with another stylist. They just want you to feel welcome.

There is no other salon I would go to. I have always had an outstanding experience. I constantly am receiving compliments on my hair and am always asked where I get it done. I take my kids here as well and they too have always received very stylish cuts. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is very courteous and they go above and beyond to make sure your experience is an enjoyable one. I would and do recommend this salon to everyone.

The Look Salon is the place to go for the best hair results! The Salon is very clean, and has a relaxing feel to it. The stylist are extremely friendly and talented. I had such a blast while Greg worked his magic. Greg is extraordinary at what he does. He is very well educated and trained in his field. Extremely impressive! Need a Salon?! The Look Salon is the place to go!

I literally could not recommend Megan (sp?) more. She's funny & loves animals too! She does more than just sit you in a chair & cut your hair. I'm in love with my hair again! I won't go anywhere else. Theh also do free band trimmings! Plus, as amazed as I was, my cut, style, shampoo was under 30 dollars. Wow. Love<3

What a wonderful experience getting my haircut was! Its not just a haircut, its an experience! The staff is so friendly, warm and inviting. Your happiness is their first concern...and trust me, you will be very happy! I love my hair for the first time in years, thanks to Greg. Highly recommend!!!!

My favorite place to get my hair done in Burnsville. The owner, Greg, greets you in person and will also do your hair if requested. My favorite stylist is Mikayla and she has done a great job so far. They do offer military discounts, and I recommend you to reserve an appointment beforehand.

Mikayla did an AWESOME job on my hair! I cut about 7" off and went from dark brown to super light blonde. The other stylists (and the owner I think) were interested in my hair as well, and everyone was so nice!
