The woman that is there who calls herself the manager has been very condescending and hateful and has no patience with children. I took my daughter in there and she was very hateful to her the whole time she was cutting her hair. I was upset as was my daughter when we left. As a Christian, I thought that maybe she was just having a bad day so took my son back in. She was very hateful the minute I walked in so I immediately left. She should not be in the business she is in and should not be telling people she is the manager when she is not. Her attitude is horrible and she messed up a childs trim. I would not go here for free. She is the older lady that works there and talks about the younger girls there terribly which lends to a very unprofessional atmosphere. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

I am 57 years old. I have trimmed and colored my own hair many times. My hair was always very long and bleached. Now it was badly damaged. I wasnt comfortable with the two salons I had been to in the past. A friend suggested smartstyle on Kearney. I came out with a magnificent cut that has boosted my self esteem and makes me look and feel10 years younger. The beautician s name is Ann. Shes a caring person who really knows hair. If I had time I could give you at least ten more reasons why I recommend smartstyle!!!

I am so impressed with how this salon has turned around in the last year. Ive been a customer of the company forever but I started coming to this location when they first opened a few years ago. The girls are so welcoming; you can really tell they are there to do a good job and they want to make good money. Ive seen good and bad employees walk in and out of there, but the girls that work there now are so good! I really encourage people to go here. Good prices and good atmosphere!

Kristen, the gm for the last 5 years has an amazing personality that one looks for in a salon. Her acknowledgement of different styles makes me comfortable to let her take the lead when styling my hair. I send all of my friends and guests to this location. They are so good... You HAVE to have a reservation. Seriously. Trust your style with them.
