Nothing in particular with this store, though the original purchase attempt was made here. Have had tremendous difficulty with the customer service. Attempted to purchase an office chair and bookshelf in store but they were out of stock so an employee placed the order for an online delivery. I asked if there was a way to change the delivery date, since no one would be home at the time, and he said to call the customer service number and they should just ask for the order number and it wouldnt be an issue. So I tried to call the customer service number and they told me that it is not possible to change the delivery date at all and that they could also not ship it to the store to be picked up on a day convenient for me, so I had them cancel the order. I then went online and had a live chat with a representative and asked them the same question, could I have the delivery date changed. They said yes but they would just have to place the order for me. No problem with me, so I followed the steps and had the representative place the order online with a delivery date that would work for myself. Got an email the day before expected delivery with all the information, tracking number, etc... as usual with any online order. The day of the delivery I woke up and basically sat around the house waiting for the delivery since the "estimated time" was between 8:30am-7pm. Nothing showed up and since I requested the delivery to be a Friday (when I would be present and able to accept the delivery) I am without my items until at least next week and have wasted an entire day for nothing. I called the customer service number AGAIN asking where my order was and when I would receive it and AGAIN if I could have it delivered on a day that I would be available. This representative told me she would have to get in contact with her "problem resolution team" and would email me back with more information. This is unacceptable that Office Depot can not meet customer delivery needs for larger furniture items when they request for specific dates and have to go through special steps to even place these specific delivery dates. I would not recommend using this store or Office Max (since they are now merged) for any office furniture deliveries.

I had stopped at a competitor (Kinkos Fed Ex) 1st as I had forgotten that Office Max offers Printing Services. It was a simple print of Address Labels I had asked if they could do a brown ink the competitor stated NOPE, I figured ok well we will settle with black and the competitor printed them however they didnt line up and he told me I needed to go home and reformat the page even though I had used the Avery Template and it was not his printers!...... I then figured I would stop by Office Max to see if they could help. ERIK at Office Max did a fantastic job was polite fast and was happy to make a custom Brown Ink color. I forgot one last thing and ran back to the store as they were litterally locking the doors for the day and he still helped me quickly with a smile. Thank you Erik and Office Max I will use and recommend Office Max Printing from now on for my personal and Business Needs.

Service at the copy center is the absolute worst. Ive upload docs online for printing to this store probably every 2-3 weeks for the last year. Theres always a huge line at pickup and machines are down frequently. My orders are almost never done on time. Quality is fine and it is much cheaper than FedEx Kinkos, but not worth the hassle. Ive finally give up and would rather pay more at FedEx Kinkos for competence.

My printer wasnt working so I went in with a flash drive with numerous items to print last minute for a wedding. I brought in my own paper and the ink wasnt bonding. The girls were so patient, kind and helpful! The did many reprints just so I could have the best quality. Thank you!!

Decent selection of office supplies. Electronics are left to be desired. However biggest con is that the staff working there are poorly trained and completely clueless without their little pda (not that they were any help with it).

Never have anything I need everything had to be ordered instead of having 18 diff office chairs try stocking dymo 4XL paper I mean its probably one of the most common printers used in business.
