Bad actually!! I went yesterday with two of my friends, one in a wheelchair, they didnt have enough documentation just me, I already applied online, I received messages about to finish my application, so we went there, we didnt have a transportation so we took a bus, it was pretty cold but we made it, the lady there at first she was surprise when we showed up, everything was acceptable except when my friends didnt have enough documentation to apply so she said they can wait in the car while Im applying, I was like which car? We didnt even told her we were driving or something.. But anyways I felt like she was kinda arrogant and she talked too loud like we dont understand her or listen to her... Which I didnt like, however, we took a random Math test which I didnt concentrate because of the music, and people talking, which is not the excuse but I was thinking of the tiredness that I was feeling!! Whatever, no one of us pass the math test, but what it made me angry was how she started telling by name: YOU DIDNT PASS .... VERY LOUD! In front everybody, Thats not cool! When she called my name and she said that, I think it was enough!! I told her to forget about the application and I want my IDs back, but she still doing it, calling by name who didnt pass and very LOUD so I told her why she said too loud? Like trying to make us feeling bad or something, she was "surprise" but I insist why she said it too loud? We were just in front of her, that office is very small, she didnt have to say it loud! Anyways, I told my friends to leave.. I dont need to listen her Loud voice of that ASIAN WOMAN! Which I felt like she was trying to humiliate us!! I asked her why the Math thing? I know every temp service give you a small Math test, Im not stupid!! but Im wondering of those people who never go to the school or those people who cant read, she humiliate them like that too?? Anyways she said something about if I dont finish my application in 30 days Im done... Or something like that! I didnt hear very well cuz I was leaving, anyways... It was a bad experience, I dont care if Im done!! Ill not coming back to that place in CRYSTAL! Or any other Award office! I felt like she discriminated us cuz my friends were muslins and Im Hispanic! I read that place doesnt discriminate people but anyways we felt like that!! Thank you and I am done!

Ive been working with award for a year now and they do nothing but great things for me very helpful Ive even received an employee of the month out of all of the award branches so that made me feel special and that they actually take the time to notice there hard workers I love it and would recommend it to anybody that is looking for work not to mention they do have good jobs they provide you with as well so its a win win for you and them
