I currently lost my position at my company due to some reorganizing within the organization. I was job searching and decided to post my updated resume on Career Builder and within 48 hours had received a phone call from a very extremely nice associate by the name of Libbey Schubert. Working with Libbey she was very upbeat, professional, caring, courteous, and just her eager willingness to help you get back out there and to start working again amazed me. She helped do one on ones with me in person and over the phone while going over my resume and just prepping for an interview and how to sell yourself. She works with you to help sell yourself in the business world of today. I have honestly never worked with such a very determined, strong, caring, and compassionate individual who not only cared about what type of work I was looking for, but me as a person and an individual. I would highly recommend Aerotek to anyone who is looking for a job and needing one as soon as possible. They will go over what they have available for you with your expertise, skill levels, and what you have worked with in the past. They respect honesty if it isnt a fit for you and will continue to work with you on finding what is a better fit for you. Dont ever get discouraged if you dont get a position for a company that they bring up that interests you and you dont get it, because they will strive to find you something else. Libbey was very avid in finding me a position even if it wasnt what I wanted she still continued to work with me, because she was very compassionate and caring in what was best for me. Trust me when I say they will work with you... they work with you.

I have been assigned to Libbey S since July 11th of 2016. She has been a joy to work with. She has a radiant smile that lights up the room when she walks in. She has been very supportive when I have had issues at work and has given me a lot of helpful advice as to how to grow as an employee at my place of employment. I have appreciated the fact that I am not a number to her and that she keeps me informed with the company I am working for and with their response towards me as an employee. I greatly appreciate the opportunity that she has given me for employment and placing me with a great company. I had moved back to Iowa from California and was looking for employment. I was hesitant to take a temp position but when Libbey called me with a job opportunity I just had to take it. She knew how to sell the job to me and she also saw the value in me for the placement employer. I greatly appreciate Libbey and would not want to be with any other recruiter. I had my resume out in the universe when i was job searching from a miserable position i was wanting to leave. I got a call from one of the the recruiters Clancy with Aerotek, and we had a chat about my career goals and set up a meeting. I explained what i wanted from a job regards to position and pay range and she was immediately able to provide me with an opportunity that fit my specific needs. I did end up getting hired at the position i was referred to and they were extremely flexible about start date, and accommodations. My recruiter Clancy was so kind, understanding and professional. I was so impressed with my employment experience that i refferred a few friends and past colleagues looking for better opportunities and shes currently helping them gain employment as well.

Libbey from Aerotex was so nice and persistent/dedicated on helping me find an postion. Her communication was always on point and since it was easier for me to text then to email or do phone calls . She allowed our communication to be suitable to my personal needs. Libbey also help me prep for the interview, by brainstorming different scenario questions and had great advice for the interview. Which I went into the interview with so much confidence and knew exactly how to answer the questions that were asked. The position I interviewed with, gave me the position. Bittersweet moment, bitter I wont be working with Libbey anymore but sweet that is an permanent position. Thanks so much again. I am enjoying my new postion

Aerotek is a great company to work for. They find a job for you that you will succeed at. They know what they are doing and are good at what they do. I applied at Aerotek in November and within a week i had a job lined up. Which is WAY more I can say for other agencies. My recruiter Steve Logsdon, is AMAZING. He is a very caring person, knows his job and knows how to work with people. He has brought me lunch and always checks in to make sure everything is going smoothly. Steve is an amazing leader and so is the company he works for. Fast, Friendly, and a great company to work for. I do not know what I would do without this Areotek.

Nate wrights is always there when I needed assistance and continue to be accessible in my professional needs. Steve also is very professional and they are in constantly follow with me Via email or calls and I appreciate that. This is my history Dropped off a Resume on a Tuesday, got a call on Wednesday.. interview Thursday with Aerotek...after the interview I got called within 4 hours with a Job offer..was working by next Monday. Mind you, they had me a job within a week. I definitely recommend an anyone come to Aerotek the will help you!

I have been trying to reach out to them for another position, a job that they placed me at was nothing like what they described. The training at this contracting place was horrible. So I had quit the position and have been asking them to find me something else, I see that they have other jobs available, but no one is reaching out to me, my emails are being ignored.. I tried calling their local office and it said "this wireless subscriber can not be located, please try your call again" Really? this is terrible business.

From the first phone call that I received from Ashley Windergerst, telling me about a position at Aerotek to actually getting the job has been a wonderful experience! Ashley was on point the whole time! I actually felt like she had my back 100% of the time. I think I have made a business partner and a friend in the process! I have enjoyed working with Aerotek throughout my time in between jobs. The employees are super nice and are able to find you work ASAP! I had the opportunity of getting my foot back in the door with Wells Fargo as a contractor when I was just about to graduate with my AA and was not currently looking for work but it all work out very well for me on my behalf since now I will be a full time employee within Wells Fargo.
