If you apply online, it will take this branch over 45 days to respond to your inquiry. Their job offerings are minuscule at best. I spoke with Kristen, who seemed to have her stuff together. However, on the day I went in for my "interview" with Kelly Services I ended up just filling out a paper application (identical to the one I filled out online--twice per their request) and was handed a release form for a background check which I had to delivery to the courthouse--except I dont live in the same county as their Des Moines branch is located. I was thus referred to the DCI office in a different part of town to get information, and since I have lived out-of-state I also needed to provided the Dept. of Justice in Wisconsin a release form. Ive never had to file my own release forms for any employer, and I find it disgustingly pathetic that Kelly Services doesnt do it on their own. When I returned to their office to get a second release form (again, because Ive lived out-of-state) I informed them their directions to go to the county courthouse was inaccurate...it all went down hill from there. Despite sugar-coating their misinformation and wild goose chase they had sent me on, I received nothing but glares and snotty undertones from the 3 women in the office. This place is an absolute joke. Go to Drake Staffing on Ingersoll over this place. Kelly Services wasted an entire afternoon of mine and ate up $5 worth of parking meter charges. They failed to mention they dont have any parking. Their corporate website is also riddled with bugs and doesnt function very well at all.

Probably one of the worst experiences of my life. I was contacted via email from a recruiter from Kelly Services in September. I was offered a job with a significant pay increase. Well I was already skeptical on quitting my primary job because I loved it so much. So I finally bit the bullet and put my two weeks in and prepared to start for my new position. Well the recruiter called me the Friday before the Monday that I was supposed to start and said our client ADP has advised us that we hired too many people and basically "sorry about you luck". And dont even get me started with ADP. So Im sitting jobless and on the verge of losing my personal belongings all because of these shady work proceedures. BUT I must add that the recruiter was a very nice fellow and was a good employee but the company shouldve did more considering the situation they put me in. Kelly Services, you probably should pick employers that dont give your company a bad name like ADP. Shame on ADP.

I called the main office to talk about my background report and the lady who answer the phone was very rude, and as i talk she basically called me a lier because I was not sure on something that was on my background,

I love it found me a job was working great pay and great company I liked them alot I still like them they have officially gotten me a job that is direct hire and I couldnt be more grateful

They dont return phone calls. No wonder they are a has been. All the other agencies have left Kelly in the dust. Dont waste your time here.
