My toddler has been at Knowledge Beginnings for one year, and I have always felt like he is extremely well cared for at KB. All of the teachers as well as Jon and the other office employees are very involved with each child individually and can tell you about their day the moment you walk in the door to pick them up (good/crabby/napped well/activities/new skills/etc.). The teachers are also great listeners and advice-givers. They will follow special instructions you have for your children, as well as answer questions or give you advice if you’re asking for it. As a new parent, I found this really helpful because they can recommend ways to get thru challenges, start something new, etc. I also really like the curriculum-based approach they take to childcare. While they ensure the kids learn thru playtime and interaction with others, they also incorporate different educational themes each month. I love seeing all of the things my son learns and hearing about all of the creative activities he does. Most importantly, my son comes home happy and smiling, and is excited to go back the next day. So I know he’s having fun, learning, and feels cared for. I would recommend KB without hesitation!

This place was regarded as "best option" in Eagan, so we decided to enroll our son here. The teaching staff were kind and easy to work with. However there were quite a few issues that made it difficult to remain at the school for longer than a month. 1. There were incidents of bullying that were not disclosed. Our son had repeatedly come home with scrapes / bruises. 2. When the issues were brought to the attention of the school administration we were "heard out" and assured that it wouldnt happen again but it did, and once again we were not disclosed. 3. They took 3 weeks to get back to me on whether or not an item that may have contained a food element our son is allergic to. 4. Some clothing items went missing while in the care of the schools administrator. Upon bringing it to their attention, they reimbursed us. Our experience may have been an isolated incident, but we still felt it was necessary to report it to MN Health Services who did an investigation. The district manager who eventually got involved was prompt and professional and is the reason this wasnt a 1 star review.

My daughter has been attending Knowledge Beginnings since I went back to work after maternity leave. Although it is hard to drop her off and go to work, I always enter the building feeling a sense of family with the staff as they greet me and my daughter by our first names on a daily basis. Every day when I walk into my daughters classroom, the teachers are genuinely concerned with how her night went since they last saw her. When I pick her up at the end of the day I often peek through the window just to watch her interacting with the other children or staring up at whoever is feeding her in the rocking chair. The best part of my day is walking in and seeing her smile as she knows mom is there to get her! I recommend Knowledge Beginnings to anyone who is looking for a fun and family focused environment for their child(ren) to be a part of!

CARE. If you think of this, when you drop your kid(s) at a day care and go to work, this is the place. For us, nothing matters more than CARE for my daughter. We are glad that we chose Knowledge Beginnings, after reviewing and experiencing (my older kid was in two different daycares) other so many daycares. This is little more expensive than others, but you get the best teachers here - Minnesotas best. Also this is managed by one of the best Directors, who stays with you, listens you and takes the best possible action for your kid. Again if you care for your kid(s) and want the best care, this is the place in Eagan.

I cant imagine trusting anyone else with my daughter. Every child and parent is greeted as soon as they walk into the building. And I can honestly say all of the staff (from kitchen, to room teachers, to the management and director) love the kids as if they were their own. I have never had a hesitation dropping my child off - even if she seems to have an "off" morning. Its the best feeling when you walk into the classroom, and your child cant wait to snuggle with her teacher(s) and play with her friends. I cant say enough good things!

We absolutely love having our children attend Knowledge Beginnings in Eagan! The teachers and staff are fabulous. I leave my two children in the hands of dedicated, loving, and nurturing teachers each day. My girls are always excited to go each day. The facility is safe, secure, and clean and they have a great curriculum they use to focus on those early learning skills and standards. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this center.

KB is the best school age center in Eagan!! My two children attend KB and love it! My school age child learns a ton using the curriculum throughout the summer and attends many educational field trips. They also keep the kids active outside. My preschooler comes home with a new fact every day! Vocabulary, sight words and writing improve every day! We love it.

We have had our kids at Knowledge Beginnings in Eagan for four years and our experience has been incredible. It is a fun and safe atmosphere where the children learn through exploratory play. The teachers have been amazing and make it a great experience for all. Our kids get excited to go to KBs every day! I highly recommend Knowledge Beginnings in Eagan!

Things I love about Eagan Knowledge beginnings: ✔️ Challenging yet age appropriate curriculum ✔️ Nurturing and caring staff ✔️ Thoughtful administration who seek and welcome parent feedback ✔️ Safe and secure ✔️ Healthy meals This is my childrens home away from home, and I cant imagine leaving them anywhere else during my workday! Older kids seem to be plugged into computers and video games quite often. Facilities are great but kids do not seem to use them frequently enough. The food served is not the healthiest fare (e.g. boxed mac and cheese) and my kids always come home hungry. Staff are nice, but there is little focus on education or child development.

Hands down the best child development center in Eagan, Minnesota! Knowledge Beginnings is the best place for children because they have integrity, awesome staff, professional management and a healthy meal plan for children. I couldnt imagine my child anywhere else.
